They took their time to ensure the work was done correctly, showed me how to work my new thermostat, and gave detailed instructions on extra steps to take when changing my filter. What a great experience! They let me know via text when the Tech was on his way, how close, time frame to get here!! Simply amazing but to top it off the Tech actually helped us understand some simple tips we can use to keep our AC running sting and my Electric bill down!! Please If your looking for help with your AC these are the only ones to call.

Recently move into a new home and the AC wasn't cooling, the new unit was placed in Dec 2022. I called spoke with Ashley, explained the issue and she had techs come out the next business day. She advise if there is an issue it could possibly be under warranty- and it was!!! The techs Alex came 1st. Then techs Yevgeniy came after and they were able to fix the issue. Amazing ! I could clearly tell Above and Beyond care about the customer and made it a priority! I am not a ROBOT! True Review!
The techs were very knowledgeable, friendly and explained what happened. They told me the correct size filter to use and even wrote it on the unit. They were efficient and worked to get it right. They even cleaned up !
