Great service great product!
We have been so pleased with customer service and quality products that are definitely Above & Beyond. Highly recommended! Most recent experience: prompt initial response, and constant communication. We needed replacement AC unit. They put drop cloths down, vacuumed to keep clean, and hustled the whole time. Professional hard workers. Quality check after installation. Also a quality check days afterward. Final price was within quote. I could go on forever. In a challenging time, i was reassured by their professionalism. This is a quality company that performs quality work and quality service.
The heat was too much for our 12 year old unit this week and unfortunately had to be replaced. I don't usually add recommendations, but because of the excellent service, cost and communication I had to let my neighbors know. If you need an AC service needs in San Antonio and the surrounding areas, please reach out to this great vendor. You will not be disappointed.
Update since first review: Called Above and Beyond . A year or so has passed since we last called them. Gerald came out and serviced our air conditioning unit. He is excellent! Polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service once again! Thank you Gerald and Above and Beyond! Your service is second to none! Original Review 2021: Above and Beyond is a superb local company. My husband and I found this company last summer when our air conditioner needed replacing in an emergency situation and all the other companies were booked for days due to the heat wave. Tommy, the general manager, listened to our situation and was able to fit us in within a few hours. We were so thankful. I used Above and Beyond again today for a regular summer tune-up, and Tommy was honest and extremely fair and competitive with pricing. Above and Beyond employs high- quality people who are polite, helpful, kind, and honest! I highly recommend Above and Beyond.
This company really lives up to their name “Above and Beyond”. They were lifesavers, as they helped us on repairs in order to obtain a VA loan to buy our next home! They answered right away and scheduled the repairs next day. Technician Lenny is amazing. He is extremely professional, and intelligent. Our minds were at peace knowing that Lenny was a subject matter expert. We can’t thank you all enough!!

A gentleman by the name of Victor showed up on time and was not only very professional, but very respectful. He was very thorough during his work and was completely honest. We had a great experience, and would most definitely have them come back for any of our A/C needs. Great job!!!
Tommy is a Life SAVER!!!!! He answered on a Sunday evening, when it was blistering hot! He came over and fixed the issue, I am eternally grateful.

Thank you guys so much for coming in a short notice. It was starting to get late and I started calling different companies to see who can come as soon as possible to fix my ac unit but everyone was closed or I had to wait another day but this company saved my family from the heat. Tommy was able to come over right away no questions ask. I told him the problem and he got right to it. This company does go by their word. Save the time and go with them.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. It is hard to find a company that takes so much pride in their work, love what they do and go way above and beyond compared to other companies. It started with Tommy coming out on the weekend and making us feel like family, not trying to sell but truly help our situation! The next day Vic, Abel and Eddie showed up on time, very professional and willing to go up and beyond the required repairs. I plan to be a walking billboard to promote Above and Beyond!!
