We have used them multiple times. Brian is always professional and so, so nice . They respond so quick and we’ve never had to wait, which sucks when your air unit goes out in the middle of summer! Highly recommend!!
Great company. Very knowledgeable and quick communication. All appointments were attended on time and in a very professional manner. When it comes to the installation, I have never seen such meticulous and tidy work done in my time. Everything was done to a professional standard and well explained. Brian was extremely professional, straightforward and just nice. Above All had to install a 2 zone system that was half ducted and one part ductless. It was not the standard system that Daikin usually sells, but Brian dealt with them to ensure it was all up and running. He was also mindful of other home features we were upgrading during the same time and worked seemlessly with them even though that was out of the scope of HVAC. We were doing some demo and re wiring around the same time. I would use them again.
Brian is amazing. Our system was pretty old and he bought us some time, getting us through one last summer. He was super friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained every step and so we knew when it was time to replace, he’d be the one we call. This summer, he replaced our entire system and he and his co-worker were fast! Brian is reliable, honest and very fair. You can tell he cares buy all the extras he includes. 16 SEER is standard for him and we are grateful, it’s saved us money already.
