Diagnosed an odd A/C system failure on 4th of July and replace the unit the next day. Professional and honest. Best price of multiple bids. Did a good job of explaining the problem and of outlining my options. I couldn't ask for better service.
Arrived on time for our free estimate. they spent about 1 hour looking over our old system: in garage, in attic and all rooms of our home. Gave us a price comparison of three units - install services were all the same. They were very thorough with qualities of each unit and did not try to push any specific one. They arrived for install on time, very clean in their work, very detailed to quality of workmanship, answered our questions as they progressed and never made us feel like we were imposing by asking questions. The lead installer made us aware of who exactly would be on our property and inside our home and what they would be doing. He was on site 100% of the time which made us feel very comfortable. They worked without unreasonable downtime. When the job was complete - they thoroughly cleaned up and the lead installer walked us through every task they had done and (introduced) us to our new system. About 30 days later, he did a follow up check in to verify we were happy with our new system - which we are! I would highly recommend Abella's Heating & Air to anyone.

This business is, simply put, a lifeline and frankly a small miracle of decent, caring, and highly competent service in an ocean of businesses only out to make a buck! I recently had my heater fizzle out (on a night when it was 32 degrees, no less). I contacted them on their website, and they responded immediately, even dropping by in the early evening, and quickly diagnosing the problem. They did a quick fix to ensure that I didn't freeze that evening, but came back on the following day to make the final adjustments. As a single woman, who frequently feels at sea (sorry for the ocean puns) when dealing with contractors, I never worry that their advice is not accurate and that their fees will be excessive. So, thank you, John, Daniel and team, for many years of accurate and expert service at a fair price.
Just Replaced our old and outdated HVAC System. Abella’s Heating and Air was Very Responsive. They listened and addressed ALL of our HVAC needs, gave us an extremely comprehensive assessment and estimate. This company is professional, they work quickly and diligently. I APPRECIATE and Value LOCALLY owned and Operated Businesses, as they are the backbone of our communities. The communication and customer satisfaction verification was next to none, I Would ABSOLUTLEY Recommend them to Everyone!

They called in an employee to come and help me. Daniel arrived on time and had my problem figured out right away. After fixing my problem, he took a quick look at the rest of my system and fixed a carbon dioxide leak due to a bad exhaust duct connection. I made sure to get his card because they are now my AC guys.

My air went out on the 100 degree days. And we called Abella’s heating and Air and Daniel came out and gave us options on how to fix or replace our unit 30 years old, we decided to replace it! Daniel was amazing with his knowledge and professionalism. They brought us a couple of portable units to keep us cool for a few days until we could start the project. They were very down to earth and knew what they were doing. They were able to complete the job in one day and and checked in on us to make sure everything was working out great! One month later we saved on our bill by half and we used it more. Great family and business! I will only use Abella’s heating and Air.
Abella's H&A offered me the best experience! They replaced my entire A.C. unit & also discovered other issues with my air duct flow all through my attic. Their customer service is impeccable! Honest , educating, thorough & efficient. They completed the job in a timely manner. I have also referred their services to my tribe's housing department (Wilton Rancheria) to help other homes/families. I highly recommend Abella Heating & Air.
