Please watch out this business: * They charged $350 for a job takes a few minutes to replace a limit switch in a Trane furnace, finally settled for $300; * They will not honor any manufacture warranty; the furnace is about 3-yr old, still under warranty; * Their receptionist told me no service call charge if any repair is done but their technician wouldn't honor it; * The technician didn't bother to check out the system before leaving the work site, just assumed that it's fixed. * An insulation panel came off after the switch was replaced, but the technician didn't put it back in, just said it is not needed. * Service took place on 12/27/22.
