Art has been to my house several times the past few years and has kept my old unit working. He has fixed parts that are no longer replaceable . Every time he's on time, actually early, honest, and reasonably priced. The motor went out today, and I was hoping they'd have an appt for me, and they did. My ac was back up and running within a few hours of me making that call.
The technician responded promptly to our unit needing attention and he was very courteous and informed of the issue and made adjustments after his working hours for our emergency. He's a great employee and deserves a praise for his ethics.
Art from ABC did an amazing job of not only fixing our AC unit but also took the time to show me things I can do to better maintain my system. Fair pricing, trustworthy, and responsive. Highly recommend ABC Heating and Air Conditioning.

We had a geothermal system in our house we bought years ago and the system was constantly giving us problems. When Donny came out to fix the system, he did a great job, and the system worked flawlessly for years. Then last week, an unfortunate digging accident put the system out of commission for good. Donny came back out, found a new system for us, and him and his guys worked their tails off to install it. My whole family and I are so grateful for everything he has done to help us. Thank you.
I have used ABC Heating & Air for 11 years and have had nothing but honest, professional help from them--starting with the ladies on the phone, all the way down to the latest technician dispatched to help us. It's the only HVAC company I've ever felt like they're not taking advantage of me, and this has continued throughout the years. When I first had the new system installed in the heat of summer, Ray treated me like a daughter as he helped me decide on which system I needed for my house. When the heating portion gave me trouble during the super ice storm about 10 years ago, Ray personally came out THAT DAY (needed a sled or ice skates to get to me) to get me up and running. That's customer service! Now that I use that house a rental, I knew exactly who to call this week when my tenant needed fast and thorough service. That's exactly what I got from Art. SUPER responsive, efficient and effective. My tenant even texted because of how impressed they were with ABC vs. other maintenance vendors that have come out to the house. THANK YOU ABC!
We called ABC to check out our AC unit in July and Arturo was prompt and professional during a very busy time of the year. We had a capacitor and motor replaced for a fair price. When we noticed a drip a few weeks later in the inside handler, the same tech Arturo came back to check it out and alleviated our concerns that there wasn't a problem. We take reviews seriously as a home owner and also a small business owner and I can say from the folks that answered the first phone call to the service we can absolutely recommend ABC Heating & Air.
Quick service and super nice people. Ray and Art were fantastic in taking care of our urgent repairs. Cudos to the rest of the team that came out and replaced one of our outside units in a matter of a couple of hours. Great local company!

We have used this business for several years. We have found a gem in one of the servicemen and we ask for him by name when we need help. It is nice to have the same person service our needs. This is a very honest company that provides the service you need without doing things you do not need just to make extra profit. VERY happy customer for several years.
I've used a varitey of AC companies over the years and after using ABC for the past 5 years, they definitely rank as the best. They have always been responsive and professional whenever we have a problem. We recently purchased a new system. The pricing was competitive and the installation was quick and flawless.
ABC Heat and Air conditioning is the best in town highly recommend them! The whole team is wonderful from the people answering the phone to service people who come to your home they are on time explain what’s wrong how long it will take very dependable can’t say enough !!
It is hard to know which vendors you can trust these days and which ones are trying to upsell but my experience with Ray and his technicians Arnold and Dylan have been outstanding!! They are always helpful, go the extra mile, and explain what they are doing. They installed my first replacement unit and always there when I need help. I know who I will be calling for replacing my second unit when that is shot and when I need continued service or repair. I trust ABC Heating & Air to do the job well!
Just had our AC unit tuned up by ABC tech Garrett. He was very courteous and efficient. He checked our attic system and changed filter for us inside. He also checked the outdoor system adding the needed gas and getting us ready for the summer. Highly recommend ABC for your AC needs. We’ve been using them for a few years and so far keeping our unit going strong.
As usual, Zachary was very thorough and explained the problem while showing me how to correct it.
These guys are great! They were called to handle a warranty claim -my original dealer would not return my phone calls, so the warranty company recommended ABC because of their 5 star rating. ABC came out within 2 hours of being called. The technican's name was Zachary and he was polite and professional and he diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. He did not have the needed part (variable speed fan motor) in his truck, so he called around, found one in Allen (I live in McKinney), and then went pick it up and was back at my house in 30 minutes. He installed the motor very quickly and was off to his next job. If you are in need of AC work, call these guys and you will be pleased!
We have been dealing with this group of professionals for almost 23 years. They are considerate, responsive and extremely polite from the moment the phone is answered to the technicians that ring your doorbell. I cannot say enough about the integrity except I would give them free access to my home and not worry for a minute. We have had them do many repairs, warranty work and install complete systems in both our homes. Highly recommend.
I had an emergency pop up July 4th and left message with ABC Heating and Air. Within an hour Arnold called me and came out to my home. He got the issue taken care of. I wouldn't even consider doing business with anyone else other than ABC Heating and Air. I've been in my home since May 1989 and they have always serviced my old and new unit they installed couple years ago. You guys ROCK!!!!!
Just called to schedule an appointment and they told me I have to call back later in the month. I give them one star for answering the phone..
I called for an appointment on Sunday and left a message for a return call for Monday. They returned my call promptly and had Arnold come out on Tuesday when I was available. Arnold is a great HVAC technician and explains everything as he goes. Arnold had the problem diagnosed in about 5 mins and confirmed in about 20 mins. No high pressure sales just options for the fix. I trust these guys and appreciate their services. I’m always recommending Arnold to friends and family.
