The worst company you can come across. They barely pick up the phone calls. They fixed my AC a month ago and now it broke again. Their work isn’t worth the charge. Very unprofessional. Please, please please avoid them at all cost. Otherwise good luck paying them $500 every month Bec their work only last for one month and they wouldn’t come back to fix what they were suppose to fix from start for free. They will charge you again and again otherwise they wouldn’t fix it. Crazy. Wish I could sue them for how unprofessional they are.

My AC unit broke, I reached to my home warranty company at 5am, at 807am, the representative at Abbott AC called me, after a conversation with her she was able to schedule a technician for the same day! The technician, Todd, arrived within the hour and amazingly found replacement parts and was able to get me back to cool air land! So appreciate the excellent, professional work. Thanks so much!! Lisa
This company is terrible. Please don't use them! They made us wait 6 days for the service call and then told they couldn't work on it because it had 422B refrigerant instead of R22. Well R22 is no longer made and soon there will be no choice but to use an alternative refrigerant. They also did not call me to let me know. Instead my tenant who is enduring 100 plus temperatures contacted me. They simply left without fixing it. If they can't work on units with 422B then they should have told me in the beginning and I could have changed to another company. This type of service should not be allowed by American Home Shield.
Abbott was sent out via our home warranty company and was very easy to deal with. Todd arrived on time and had our problem fixed within 30 minutes. Cici on the phone was very polite and prompt. Great experience overall!
Another company sent out four different techs over the course of 5 weeks who couldn't correctly diagnose the problem. They were in just too much of a hurry to notice that they were doing band-aid fixes rather than getting at the underlying problem. Talk about a living nightmare!! Finally we switched to Abbott... so happy. Got the right diagnosis on the first try! Great job Abbott!
