Our AC stopped working in the summer heat and Abacus had a HVAC tech come out next day. Noe Guerra was very kind and had our AC fixed in less than an hour. He was helpful and informative about how we could take better care of our unit in the future. Thank you Noe!
What to say.. Great person arrived and give me an estimate close to $500 to look into the issue. He was unable to say anything about an estimate. After discussion he indicated that it can be 1500 or 2000. Unbelievable charge. I know its a water joint leak dripping.. just cut a hole and solder it.. then some one else fix the sheetrock. Just got another estimate from a local plumber $150.00

I saw a commercial on TV that stated they do free estimates. A day or so later, we were told from Centerpoint Energy we had a bad leg coming from our meter box to the transformer. I called Abacus for a free estimate. They were here within 3 hours. The tech was great, however they charged me $199 for being here for 5 whole minutes. They also quoted me an insane price. Called a local electrician, had it fixed one day later at a fraction of the price. Still can’t believe they charged me $199 for a “free” estimate they offered on TV. Very upsetting.

We needed an inspection of a possible plumbing leak in the restroom. The technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem in no time. He explained what he found out in a way that we understood. He gave us advices and choices on what could be done to alleviate the problem. Overall, we are happy to have used their service. Thanks!
We’re thankful that some last minute appointments were available, as we experienced a plumbing issue two days before flying out of state for a trip. Robert was professional and friendly and explained what he was doing along the way. This is our second time using Abacus and we have been pleased both times.

Jobs done quickly and professionally. One was an underground water leak that our sprinkler guy thought was the main supply line for the house. Abacus came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a sprinkler line issue, then tested his theory, proving that he was right. They waived the service call charge. I'm quite happy
Technician Michael diagnosed our electrical issue (power loss in certain rooms of the house) quickly and efficiently. Michael was exceptionally knowledgeable, competent and appropriately friendly. Abacus lives up to its great reputation.
