Just had these guys come out to do some work on my AC unit. The technician Erik was great, he was able to troubleshoot my condenser and determined it was a Non-repairable leak and that my home insurance would cover it. AB&E helped me deal with the insurance company. They handled pretty much everything from repair and replacement of some parts, removal of the old stuff, electrical alterations for the new unit and they even helped me get a new pad for the new unit as well as taking away the old one. Excellent value and quality work AB&E were way cheaper than another company we had a quote from. These guys stayed late into the night to get the job done in one go. They easily could have just told me they would come back the next day to finish. The only minor issue is it can sometimes be difficult to reach them on the phone. But when they were here working their phones rang nonstop so I don't blame them. Might be time to hire an extra receptionist.
Worst customer service ever. No stars would be more appropriate.
Very responsive. Fixed the heat for my mother. Very professional and made my mother feel comfortable with their explanation of their service.
Family owned business. Just finished having my AC repaired since the heat wave killed our compressor. Eric was very professional and polite. He explained everything to me prior to the service and reassured me that the work is under warranty for 30days. I highly recommend.
Was charged $450 for a computer board and still the same issue. Board did not need replaced, also told my Warranty company that board was installed wrong which is BS because it still has same issue with new board they installed so I had to pay the $450 out of pocket.
Very professional.
Quality service.
Edgar is great, honest hard working and fast!
Very knowledgeable technicians. I was having problems with my unit and they were very informative on what the problem was how it happened and the steps I can take to prevent it from happening again. THanks Again AB&E Heating and cooling! Will be using them again for future service!
