Great techs and customer service. Very responsive. I use York for home and business.
York’s Air has been servicing our house for at least 5-6 years. Every associate who has come to our house has been respectful and professional - especially Eddie. We’ve only had the pleasure of having Eddie’s service for the last two months, but each time he was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything to us so that we fully understood, and he clearly wants everyone to be safe and comfortable in their homes. My husband and I appreciate everyone’s hard work at York Air.
Always good people with good service
We recently purchased a home that had a 'creative' setup large in part to a DIY homeowner before us. They came and reviewed the setup and unfortunately had to turn off the furnace due to a crack in it which could cause CO2 leak. They then quickly got us on the schedule to get a new system and water heater. They made sure that we had space heaters since it was cold and went above and beyond to ensure that we were setup. We had a lot of nuances with our setup and they were patient and understanding every step of the way. It made the stress of all the issues not feel as large. We are truly grateful to have been recommended to them and will happily recommend them to anyone else!
While circumstances meant that I wasn't able to work with York's Quality Air, I wanted to leave a review indicating how much I appreciated their professionalism and their responsiveness! Each person I was in touch with, was kind and thoughtful, as I navigated a stressful time! They worked to try to find a good solution for me that would allow me to safely get back up and running again! Thank you, Karen, Kris and Randy! Much appreciated!
We use them at our work to maintain our freight coolers! They are great to deal with and always make it out fast for repairs. I would recommend Aaron York Quality Air to anyone looking for great service!
Response to response: Wild to think that numerous other 5 star HVAC businesses would be falsifying warranty claims to ensure the customer is covered and this hasn’t been some widespread industry issue at this point. From my perspective, you should inform the customer that “if” Lennox asks for proof that they may not be covered without it, but you will surely give it a shot and attempt to service the customer to the best of your ability. Sounds like this may be an additional revenue for you or an up charge to order parts on the customer’s behalf and if their warranty was honored you’d lose that. Who knows, but I wish you the best with customers knowing this isn’t an option they have going with your business whereas plenty of others (high rated businesses as well) offer this without a question. Would not honor 5 year Lennox parts warranty and mentioned we needed to maintain 2 services per year to keep that warranty intact. This is a business decision by their team and not an industry wide rule, so be prepared to pay for parts and labor if you have an issue like we did 4 years after installation if you do not follow their company specific rule. Other companies honor this warranty regardless just due to better care for the customer’s best interests.
I love how York's Quality Air is very precise on their tune-ups. They truly go over the entire system so I feel comfortable knowing they are proactive so I don't have to be reactive. They are contractors that we trust! Highly recommend!!!

York's is FANTASTIC! Their technicians, are on time, professional, and do a great job. I recommend them regularly when talking to friends who are needing HVAC, maintenance, repairs, or an entirely new system.
York's Quality Air is the best. I have used them exclusively for over 10 years. Their techs are amazing. Eddy has been the tech that has serviced my system and installed my system a few years ago. He is patient and takes the time to explain what he is doing. Their yearly maintenance plan has kept my systems running efficiently. I highly recommend this company.
Awesome people and service.
We have used Aaron York's Quality Air for several years and have always been satisfied with the thorough service their friendly service people have provided. This year we needed a new HVAC system and they showed us several and gave us detailed information on the differences so we could make an informed decision. Their professionals worked several hours in the heat to install our new system. They are always professional and courteous. We will never do business with anyone else.
They take the time to hear you and your concerns. They get someone out to see you in very timely manner. The service person we had was named Eddie. He was polite and professional. Eddie took the time to make sure we understood what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. It was suggested that we sign up for a service plan and I feel it was a good price. I especially like that you can pay the whole amount up front or set up a payment plan. I will now be sure to have my HVAC unit serviced twice a year, knowing all I need to do is schedule it. I would recommend them over and over again. Thank you Aaron York's Quality Air!
Great place for HVAC sales and service
My company has worked with Karen Conover, co-owner of Aaron York's Quality Air for several years. We assist Karen and Kris by helping them to properly thank their homeowners once a project has been completed. I have referred their business many times, and I always hear how happy my referrals are to find such a good company to work with. Just last week, a homeowner told me, "Kris is so caring and very professional". I have also heard, "best customer service I have ever received from a home services company". I am always confident my referrals to York's Quality Air will be well taken care of. When we first started working with York's, I recall what Karen said about sending a Thank You gift, "it's just the right thing to do". This speaks volumes to their character. Thank you Kris and Karen for being first class every time and running a top notch business!

Reply to the reply: Karen, your own technician said the failing part had nothing to do with whether my fall service had been done yet. And you charged me $300 on a 15 minute install on a "warranty" part, after a $90 diagnostic visit. Plus your recollection of what was included with new system in terms of maintenance checks was different than mine but you were unbending. Purchased a new heating/cooling system in 2015, negotiated a year of free maintenance checks, which they cut short by one visit, which I had to pay for. Had an issue which caused the furnace to periodically stop working which was initially diagnosed on the phone as the unit being "dirty because I hadn't had the fall service done", which I'd planned to do but hadn't done yet. The CEO tends to scold you if you don't pay for their monthly maintenance plan. They sent out a tech who determined it was not dirty but a faulty part, which needed to be ordered. I paid $90 for that visit. The part was "under warranty", however they charged me nearly $300 to install the part, which took 15 minutes.
I have been using York’s Quality Air for many years and have been pleased and impressed with the company, their policies and their technicians. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable in their field. Karen and Kris will bend over backwards day or night to insure that their clients are well cared for. I must say, I was one of those that tended to ignore my HVAC system but now I am well educated on the importance of proper maintenance. It just makes sense to take care of something that runs day and night 24/7! Thank you York’s and your team for your honesty and integrity that sadly is hard to find in such a field as yours. Thank you for all you do!
