I have multiple rental units and AARD has done a fantastic job servicing them. They respond very quickly to service requests and seem very ethical and reasonably priced. Josh in particular has been great because he explains what he's doing and why. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Andy helped to clean my unit, change the filter and drain my lines. He was very professional and provided insight on the importance of unit maintenance to avoid overheat, and overload. Highly recommend AARD.
Rosa and Andy provided excellent service from beginning to end. We needed an HVAC company to do an inspection of the AC and Heater unit while we were in Escrow for our house. I called last minute and they were happy to fit us in their schedule. Andy arrived on time and did a detailed inspection. At the end he explained everything to us and gave us his recommendations. I was amazed with the great service that I received. I'm so glad that I found a trust worthy HVAC company and will be using them for the future. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
AARD replaced about 50' worth of HVAC duct under my house. They re-routed some of the ducting, re-hung it where needed, and cleaned everything in the area once done. Right price for a quick job. Josh was professional and went out of his way to improve my system.
Andy and Rose were nothing but professionals during my experience with their company. I almost got taken advantage of by NexGen when I saw Rose post about her and Andy’s company on Facebook. I reached out and shared my frustration with NexGen and Rose was very quick to schedule a consultation with Andy. Andy came over and assessed my broken heater and told me exactly what needed to be done (part repairs, vs NexGen saying I had to replace my whole heater). Andy moved quickly and my heater was fixed in a week. I highly recommend this company and am very happy with their service.
After getting a few estimates on replacing our old HV/AC unit AARD mechanical was the one who stood out from the rest. Rose sent Anthony who was prompt knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. The quote he gave was very competitive too. It was raining on the day we scheduled the work but regardless of the weather they did a an amazing job the crew was on time highly efficient and had an excellent teamwork. We are very happy with our new unit and we would recommend AARD mechanical to our all our family, friends and neighbors.
AARD are hands down the best contractors I have ever worked with. We had a new AC installed, a heater relocated to the attic, and all new duct work. Rose was our very first point of contact and she is quick, very detailed, responsive, and above all friendly. The guys that did the job showed up on time both days, were very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable.....I could go on, but overall I was beyond impressed. My only complaint is that they have set a high bar for other contractors. Their prices were very competitive as well. I highly recommend AARD and I just wish they did more than HVAC, because I would use them for all my house projects. Thank you, AARD!

With the cold weather I called AARD Mechanical for a heating system tuneup. I can't thank them enough for their help. Their employees completed the heater tuneup in no time. Good news is I don't need a new heater or HVAC system.
I can't thank AARD Mechanical anymore for what they did for my family and I. My homes AC went down during a recent heat wave. They were able to come out quick and get my AC back up and running. They did recommend I swap out my AC in the near future with a new more efficient unit.
