Great service
My AC unit has been charged with R22 every year for the last 5 years. Every time I insisted it must have a leak. Aaahhh!! Home Services came out and said the system was empty and told me they would just charge the system (again). I demanded a leak check. They found a loose union causing the leak. They tightened the union, charged the system and added superseal. We just came back from our summer home and found the system frozen. Our home warranty sent another company who found that the evaporator coil is plugged (from the superseal) and need to replace the coil. We called Aaahhh!! Home Services and they said they have a 60 day warranty (when we were at our other home) and there was nothing they would do for us.So much for their 'Integrity'.
Put in a service call through my home warranty Sunday afternoon when I noticed the downstairs a/c unit wasn't cooling like it should. Aaahhh Home Services called me first thing Monday morning and scheduled for the same day! Chris, my tech, was on time, professional, and so courteous. He had my problem solved and cool air blowing in no time, and answered all my questions. I can't say enough good things about this company. Thank you so much!
Called and they were on their way! I like a company that takes an interest on how a system is performing and advises the customer on what needs to be done to optimize it. This is what these guys do and are great at. If you want a company that does the bare minimum for tons of money, this company isn't it. If you want good customer service and an expert who is interested on how your whole overall system is working at a reasonable cost, give THESE guys a call!
I had been dealing with a previous AC company who left me with no AC for over 12 days during heat advisory. Thankfully my home warranty sent me a new company. Jesus arrived to my house, dressed professionally, he introduced himself and who he works for. As he entered my residence he asked if I wanted him to cover his shoes, he asked me questions about what I was experiencing and asked what was previously done. My house was 104 at the time he was working, he took his time and made sure my air was working before he left. I have to say you have an amazing employee. Courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. You now have a loyal customer who will be recommending your company. Thank you, we have a nice cool house thanks to Jesus...
I put in a request to fix the ac gate with my warranty. Somebody showed up and without actually checking my coverage, just drilled two holes and screwed it shut. I expected professional service, but received 2 screws for $65 and was told I can unscrew it to replace the filter. We did not request this. The issue wasn't address when I spoke to management either as he said this was normal. This is one of those instances where they need to ask themselves - if they would be satisfied with the exact same service. -
Had Jesus and his helper come out and they did a thorough cleaning of all of the coils and checked all of the electrical components. All checked out good and Oscar worked with me on the total price. Very fair, no BS, no trying to sell you a new AC unit. I will be a repeat customer.
I called them out because I thought I needed a new ac unit. He came and checked it out and found that my air conditioning unit only needed a tune up. He could of easily sold me something that I didnt need and he saved my hundreds of dollars. Trustworthy and honest. The technician name was Oscar
