Excellent service. Fast and efficient
They left my valve leaking refrigerant after replacing the compressor. I complained immediately and when the tech showed up late to the appointment to inspect my concerns he showed up about an hr late and checked a couple of registers with his thermal gun and told my wife everything is normal and I said no it’s not. So after 7 months I finally revisited the issue because it’s been warm again and sure enough the AC wasn’t working at all. They come back out and determine I have a leak and I said “who ever replaced the compressor did something wrong” and they wanted to charge me more money for more refrigerant because they need to recharge the system after repairing the leak. Well I had enough and got the warranty company to send a new contractor and he found the source and repaired it within 20 minutes. The valve attached to the AC which these guys touched last! I hope to God this isn’t a reflection of the owner and the way they typically do things.

Inaccurate Job estimate and expensive comparing to any other company for hourly pay, more than 2times. But staff is nice, it might be only good thing.
I got service for my furnace. They are clean, careful. I really appreciated they installed my thermostat without any additional cost.

We had 2 bids as comparison since our furnace was 50 years old. We had always dreamed of Air Conditioning after 16 years in our home. We couldn't have made a better choice than to use AAA Furnace! Absolute nightmare of a company. They were referred by our home warranty company (First American Home Warranty) for faulty duct work in our heating and AC system. The technician came out, spent maybe 15 minutes in our home, refused to get under the house and physically visualize the duct work - stated he wouldn't fit. Which is untrue, because I'm literally twice his size and I fit in the crawl space just fine. He clearly didn't want to get dirty and do his job. He submitted a report to my warranty company stating all the duct work was intact and functioning properly. That report in turn closed my claim with my warranty company which costed me $75 to open. I took it upon myself to get under the house and saw with my own eyes there are ducts that are completely missing, some are disconnected, some are rusted through. They system needs repair and is certainly not "functioning properly". If he had taken some pride in his craft and had any integrity, he would have done his job and found the same result I did. Now I have to open a new claim, which will cost me another $75 to have the same exact issue addressed, because he refused to be a good tradesman and do his job. I also called their office upwards of 10 times to try to get this issue addressed and to request paperwork which stated his findings for my own records - they refused to provide any documentation. Absolutely terrible customer service. I think they may be receiving kick backs from the home warranty company to decline these issues and falsify reports. It's the only logical conclusion I can deduce based on the events I've experienced. Stay far far away.

We did furnace replacement, new AC, new ductwork with AAA furnace. Jim Rando and his people were very nice, diligent and efficient. I was super happy with their work. Would recommend to everyone.
This place , the workers do the best job.
Pros: The service professional was very polite, pointed out to what the issue was. Cons: 1. He could not fix the issue (it was hard, there is no space to get into the attic). 2. #1 above is completely fine if this was a free consult OR $50 consult fee for his 10 mins of time. They charge $175 for a consult. This is a complete rip off. I

They came out to fix our AC unit when we couldn't find anyone else to come out. Arrived on time and fix was done quickly. Everyone I talked to at the office and technician were all very friendly and kept me well informed about what was happening.

Our house's previous owner recommended AAA Furnace. Our furnace was due for maintenance. They came and did a good job. One month later, there was a small issue, so I called them again. They didn't charge for this time, because they told me they provide 3-month warranty for their previous work. That was very honest and high-quality work. My HVAC still operated well for 2+ years since that maintenance.
We had a very old furnace replaced and had AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning come out and give us an estimate. We picked AAA because they are family owned and been in business seance 1957. Rich came out and inspected the whole house, attic, number of registers and where the best place for the compressor should be. We then went into the house and he showed me all the different equipment that was available and which would best meet my needs. He was here for about an 1 1/2 hours and there was NO pressure to commit and the price was SOOO reasonable no one else could beat it. On Aug. 3rd the crew came out right on time and started to dismantle the old system, installed the new furnace, evaporator, expandable ducking under the house, the electrical and coolant lines, also under the house. All this was done in one day. The second day, again arrived on time, Miguel continued working on the furnace/evaporator wrapping everything, strengthening the furnace platform and covering every little hole that a critter could possibly get into. He was so meticulous it was unbelievable. Jorge and Alberto went up into the attic and installed all the new expandable ducking, installed a new register and put the compressor in place. Miguel then wired up the compressor and attached the coolant lines. He attached the Freon tank and let sit for 24 hours to make sure there was no leaks. Again, all in one day. Day three again on time, finished up some minor things, wired the service center and ran the system (furnace and air) for sometime to be sure everything was working to spec. Miguel also showed me how to shut the system down for the winter without using the service panel. I want to say, these three gentlemen, Miguel, Jorge and Alberto were so polite, so knowledgeable, enjoyed there work and enjoyed doing it, that it was an honor too watch them. Their workmanship was impeccable. Being a retired machinist with a QA inspector as my wife, believe me, we know good work. We highly recommend AAA
Nate and Vinny were great! We are really pleased with their professional job cleaning our furnace, A/C, water heater and dryer's vent. We really noticed the difference. I highly recommend this company. Thank you guys!!!!
