HIGHLY recommend AAA; I could not be more satisfied! See comments below. Ed is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and helpful. I called AAA one day to have someone come out and take a look at my entire HVAC system for a 2-story home I recently purchased. Ed came out that same night (after working hours) to look over the system. He was able to diagnose the problems quickly and gave me an accurate and reasonable quote for repairs the following day. He installed a ductless heating/AC system in just two half-days and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. He left no mess at all (it had rained the two days he was here) and his work is spotless. The original quote he gave me is exactly what he charged. One very important thing I would like to mention is Ed's professionalism and honesty, as well. There were many chances where he could have overcharged me or recommended extraneous, unnecessary work, but he never did that once. In fact, I was planning on having to re-duct my entire basement, but he fixed the issue just by removing the dirty filter (certainly an oversight on my part). I would HIGHLY recommend AAA's services and they will be my first point of contact for any HVAC needs in the future!
Ed Sullivan couldn't be more professional and nicer to do business with. I called him this morning to schedule maintenance and general check my AC. He was out this evening, the same day, to look at the AC unit entirely. He keeps his cost low and his customer service high! Would definitely recommend for heating and air conditioning needs to anyone in the area

I called Home Adviser and before I hung up Ed from Elite was calling on my cell phone. My furnace (over 20 yrs.old!)had stopped and he was at my house within the hour,fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. No extra charge for such prompt service. He made sure everything was in working order before he left. He didn't pressure me into buying a new unit.I will DEFINITELY use him in the future and will encourage anyone to support this local company.
Persons very respectful explain everything to me before he did anything. Made sure I knew how my system operate it before you left. Make sure his mess was cleaned up we’re booties in the house.Prices were outstanding .

Really great service, prompt and reliable. They initially came out on a Saturday night to assess the problem. Turns out my furnace was shot. They had to return later to replace it and communicated throughout the process, including calling when they said they would. They were also willing to schedule around my tenant's schedule, which just made the whole process so much easier. I will definitely use them again.

PLEASE SEE UPDATED REVIEW BELOW I generally do not write reviews nor give 5 stars (ask my students), but felt that it is important to make sure that we highlight the good ones! I know of this service and Ed (who runs this), as I called in the middle of winter (2016) to fix my malfunctioning HVAC. I called many folks, but ended with Ed, who helped me fix my system over the phone - it was a change of a few settings on my thermostat to fix the condensation that was prematurely shutting my system off. I was able to run my system for the weekend but it was ultimately fixed by Ed at his nominal charge. But to be able to successfully run my HVAC over a very cold weekend, with advise over the phone (I called Ed many times), without any ask for payment was so refreshing! I have owned my house for >8 years, and have to acknowledge that this is really unusual and amazing service! So, because of this great experience, I called Ed again this Spring (May 2017) as my HVAC would not turn on at all. The main fuses in the house were fine, but it was a Saturday and I had people coming over in the evening for dinner. I called Ed in the morning, and he was there right on time in the afternoon (which I really appreciate). It was a blown fuse (inside the HVAC system) and Ed fixed this quickly, but without my asking, he gave me extra fuses and showed me what was wrong, so that I could fix this on my own next time. I am moderately tech savvy, busy physician, but definitely not used to this kind of excellent and honest service for my home. Bottom line, I was quite touched by his honestly and work ethics, and so decided to make sure that I provided my feedback to highlight this to others in the same position. This guy has been great twice, want to appreciate his great services, and highly recommend him! UPDATE June 2018: I wrote an excellent review for Ed for service provide din 2016 and 2017, but have to really change my review and score as I was quite disappointed with his service this mo

Ed was so incredibly helpful, I would recommend him to anyone. He was able to come out to my house the same day that I called and got the problem diagnosed right away. After learning that I needed a new furnace, he was able to install a new one that weekend. A few weeks later the AC stopped running again and Ed was able to come out right away. Turns out a city rodent had chewed the wires to the outdoor unit. Ed repaired on and the spot and for no charge! Seriously had a wonderful experience with him!
Ed with Elite Mechanical was great!! He checked out our AC unit late minute the other evening, which had failed when I had company in town AND a pregnant wife at home! He kept at it until he diagnosed the issue and got us up and running again on a 90+ degree day. He's our hero!
This business is ran exceptionally well! Ed is so accommodating. He will try his absolute best to get the job done as soon as possible. Great attention to detail and done in a timely manner. Nothing but praise for Ed and the business!
Service was great! Scheduled the appt online thru home advisor and was contacted within 5 minutes to see if they were able to come out right away to fix the AC, which was great because it was 85 degrees in the house! Soon after they arrived and were able to immediately identify and fix the problem. Ed was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for any of your AC needs.
I have never received such prompt, reliable and honest service. Ed serviced our AC system. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed all work in under an hour on Easter! An honest and reliable business not trying to take advantage and make a quick dollar. I will NOT use any other company for our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend!
