They could improve in customer service a bit.
I called AA1 for help with my a/c and they were able to schedule a service call for the next day! Their technician Josh arrived within the time frame provided and worked for about 1 hour and got my a/c running again. I am so grate for the peace of mind and would recommend AA1
Just had my HVAC System restored and working again on a Sunday and before the hot weather tomorrow!!!! Called AA1 Cooling and Heating Services and spoke to a very helpful woman. She connected me to a technician and got an appointment set up. He was at my home within the hour and tackled my Honey Well system's issues. He is both skilled, personable and better yet, he got my system up and going and safe. He installed a surge suppressor on the system to prevent power surges that can kick off any system, when the electric company has to reduce power, etc. I will be using these guys again in the future. Truly grateful for such good service and people. Thank you! I recommend this firm to everyone!
every time i call AA1 to come out here & fix my AC they get here quick & ready to work . they are a family business with good qualities . they're professional workers & give you good prices , they don't try to scam you like most companies , thank you for being so great .
Alex figured out the issue of non-cooling in no time and rectified the issue very fast. He also explained me the reason behind non-cooling issue and gave me some good tips to handle the situation if it occurs in future. I will recommend these guys to everyone for their low service cost and high quality work.
