They will schedule an appointment with you first. Then, they will never show up. And what's worse, they will never inform you about this. You will find out this when you call to ask where they and if they are coming. Never recommend.
The technician came to fix my a/c last week which was not Coolling: he recommended a capacitor failure. He changed a capacitor said AC would cool, but even after some time it was the same problem. Then he said the Freon could be low and he did not have the tools to check my AC: he was trying to charge me 378 $ . I asked him to leave AC in original condition and paid 89$ visit charges, I called another company he changed the capacitor and labour for 195$ and now my AC is cooling fine
I Called AL on a Tuesday, he was out before the end of the week. Did a great job, his whole team was polite and efficient. He followed up later to make sure we were still cool. Will use him again!!!
I’m very satisfied with their work, Roger came over to check on my furnace that was malfunctioning , he took the time to explain the problem, went out to get the parts and fixed the same day. I’m looking forward to continuing doing business with them. Thank you for the good work
I called AA and they came out the same day to help me with a blocked drain pipe from the condesor. Roger and Henry were great guys and we really had to put in the elbow grease to resolve the blockage, which we finally did. They also then inspected my system and performed the coil cleaning which was necessary. I will be contracting them in the fall to replace my water heater.
I like the technicians, they are very good people and do a great job. However, their business practices are way too disorganized for my taste. First issue I had was that they took my tool box with them when they left after replacing my furnace. It took me two weeks of constantly calling to get it back. Second issue, I had a recurring payment authorized to pay for that replacement. Some months they wouldn't charge, and some other months they would charge too many times. As a result I ended up having to dispute over $500 in dubious charges. Lastly, months after our agreement to have automatic withdrawals expired, I saw a charge that I did not make. After calling around i found out that they used my card by mistake. WHY? HOW? still not clear to me. Bottom line, I don't have a problem with the techs, or even their work, but their business practices suck. At least in my experience.
A&A came out immediately today to fix a problem with the first air conditioning of the year. They were responsive, incredibly helpful, and professional.
Very professional and reliable HVAC technicians. Needed my indoor and outdoor units serviced and inspected! My HVAC system is now all tuned up and ready for the summer! Thank you guys for doing an excellent job! Will be using them again and again!
I spent $600. and the issue is unresolved. In fairness the tech did state that the unit may need to be replaced. The disappointment came when the tech was supposed to come back to see why the repair failed only 3 days later We agreed on a time and confirmed the time 3 times. The tech came an hour early & left because I wasn't there. He said he would call the next day, but did not. There have been no follow ups from the tech or company. Very disappointing to be out of the money, sitting in a cold house with no followup visit in sight. I do not recommend this company. They will leave you hanging! I'm going for a second opinion.
This company came out to do an estimate on the same day that I called them. Very fast and efficient.
He charged me a reasonable fee for repairing my furnace. He even gave me a discount on the top of that. On time and did not waste my time. Just came, started working and got it done. Thanks !
