I prefer to do business with small local businesses with great customer service. This company meets all my expectations! Jim installed a new HVAC system and I switched to gas for my heat. Great work done!

This is an amazing company and you will be pleased with the work and service provided. I shopped around and this was the only company that I felt was not trying to oversell or cheat me. Outstanding service every time we needed them. Gave great advice about whether to repair or replace the unit. The repair bought us another 1.5 years before we had to replace it and allowed us to prepare for what we knew was coming. We always use A2Z and have recommended them to friends and family.
A2Z Heat & Air is by far the best that came through my door, wish I'd found them first. I've used 4 other companies since 2015 but they do not come close to the experience I had & will have with them. They are the best all around when it comes to quality, value, responsive & on time services. If you're reading this you just need to see for yourself.
We have the BEST AC guys in town!!! A2Z Heat & Air is a locally, Veteran Owned business and Jim has always taken care of us. We have been using him since we moved into our house, about 15 years!! Jim has family in town and had planned to take today off but just didn't feel right knowing that we were without air. Thank you for caring. I am thankful for wonderful people like Jim and his family. This is a fantastic company with the upmost professionalism and ethics. We used Jim for many years in our first home and couldn't of been happier. When we moved to our new house, it came with a home warranty so we had been using their people for issues. However, the people the home warranty sent would constantly try to get me to pay them more or clearly didn't fix the issue. Our heater just went out in the same way that it did last year that was supposedly "fixed" by the home warranty tech. I called up A2Z and not only did they remember us from before, they fit us in the next day in order to get everything working. Jim was there when he said he was going to be, went over everything and put my wife at ease about the work performed. They never pressure to buy more than you need, have always discussed pricing options when applicable and provide a great service. More businesses should be run the same way this one is. Thank you very much for coming out and taking care of our issue so quickly and ensuring our family is ready for the winter season.

Had our unit taken care of and our tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didnt feel pressured into anything unnecessary either. Very honest company and those are rare nowadays!
My wife and I had an Amana 2.5 ton hp split installed in our house. I have been a customer with A2Z heat and air for quite a while and even with the old unit, Mr. Jim and his team were always very professional, very honest and most of all will tell you the reasons and solutions and let you choose the most appropriate one for your situation. Our brand new unit came with a 10 yr part warranty and a 2 year labor warranty. We have nothing to worry about for the next few years. I have had a very good experience with A2Z heat and air. I will recommend them to family and friends 100%.
My heater started making some AWFUL noises yesterday, and after getting a recommendation, I called A2Z. I knew from the phone call alone that it was going to be a wonderful experience. Fixing HVAC units can be extremely stressful, and expensive, but A2Z explained everything to me and gave me options that would fit my budget. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will DEFINITELY be using them for any future HVAC needs. Thank you A2Z for making a, what could have been a very stressful, situation a pleasant one! It is all too rare to find companies like yours anymore, and I am truly grateful.
Thank God for great people. I called at 6:00am this morning after being with out AC all weekend. It got up to 90 degrees in my house. Let me tell you, it was miserable! Jim from A2Z was at my house by 9:30am and my AC was fixed by 10:30am. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg like I was thinking it was going to. I have used A2Z for my AC needs for I don't know how long. I have never felt like I was being ripped off. Jim has always been kind, respectful, courteous, & FAIR! You don't find that much anymore. I will continue to call A2Z for all of my HVAC needs. Thank you for everything you do!!!!

jim came out to inspect a heating issue during the first cold snap of the season. he was externally nice friendly and professional. he went through all the basics then proceeded out to the unit. he did find an issue but it was in the digital thermostat set up. (user error). this was the 2nd time we have used them and both times he went above and beyond what i would expect from any company. the first time he actually fought on our behalf with the manufacture to honor a warren that by no fault of our own we would have otherwise missed out on. jim and A2Z are amazing and we highly recommend
I can't begin to give enough praise to Jim, this has been the best experience I have had with an A/C company yet. He fixed my unit and did more for way less than some of the larger local companies quoted me, and his workmanship is on point. Super friendly and professional, definatley a 5 star experience.
