Awesome people. Good equipment. Honest. 10 stars !!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ricardo Toscano, the owner of A1 Comfort Services is dishonest and a liar. We paid them $5000 to put up an AC Unit and he DISAPPEARED! They will not answer our phone calls now. We are going to have to take legal action with Ricardo at this point. Hopefully he has sense to reimburse us but otherwise he will be served papers. I have never in my life worked with a company that just disappeared after sending them money. I repeat, do not use this company for any work.
First off I want to thank Richard for his service! I had my washer go out, and my dryer was making a horrible noise. I got A1’s info from Facebook. I contacted Richard and he came out the same day! He evaluated and gave me a diagnosis and estimate on getting my appliances fixed. He was honest and upfront and let me know it would be cheaper to get a new washer, but he would be able to fix my dryer. There was a few hiccups and he had to come back to fix my dryer a total of 3 times, but the whole time he had a great attitude and got the job done! I totally recommend Richard and his company!
Very unprofessional and incompetent. I hired him to fix a leak from the AC in the attack. He charged me $650 and told me the leak had been fixed. Two days later, the dray wall guy came to fix and patch the ceiling, an ample amount of water just poured in. All he did, he added a piece of plastic under the AC without the plumb being connected. the plastic piece only covered half of the unit. and even if it would collect the leak, it just pour to the ceiling because pluming was not done. He charged me $650 for 30 minutes of his time and a $30 plastic small pan. When I called him, he said he has sent someone else. The work has been done and he will not refund me.
Richard and his partner were very professional and courteous. My washer was not working and would be more to fix than it would be to buy a new one, so they brought a new one up, installed it and took the old one away. Very nice guys. Highly recommend.

Called A1 Comfort Services to fix a 35+ year old air conditioner unit. They came the same day and got it running perfectly. Professional, Courteous, On-Time and the unit has been running non stop (day and night) since they repaired it. Amazing quality work.
