All of the above. Our service technician Chris B. was so helpful in letting us know exactly what was wrong with our AC. He also took the time to call us and apologized for being a little late, saying his previous job took a little more time than he expected. I would recommend A1Air Conditioning to anyone looking for an exceptional company
Called on Tuesday morning because my AC went out in the middle of the night. They had appointments for a same day repair. I was baffled. Ended up scheduling a Thursday morning repair with Jonathan B and he arrived on time, was professional, fixed my unit and in no time we had cold air again. Highly recommend their service. We even got a quote for a new AC unit since ours in nearing the end of its lifespan and was told the price I paid for the parts today would be credited towards the cost of a new unit. I was glad to hear that. I recommend A1 to anyone in need of HVAC service.

I am a realtor and use them for all my HVAC inspections and also for repairs. Mike and his team are extremely thorough, polite, answer questions and above all, trustworthy!! they do not put “add-ons” for things you do not need!! Give them a call and you will see for yourselves!!

I highly recommend this business. They are trustworthy, on-time, professional, and courteous. They came in diagnose the issue fixed it, and within 20 minutes the job is finished. Don’t go anywhere else use A1 air conditioning and heating.

Have not used them yet, but have plans to do so in the future. The technician/owner came out and were professional, knowledgeable and did not try to take advantage of me by selling me on expensive repairs or upgrades. Honest company, honest workers. We brought them in to make some repairs to the ducting and a cleaning. Ron and Chris were fast, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with confidence. We will be using them in the future.

I feel that it is necessary to amend my previous review of A1 Air conditioning & Heating LLC. I recently encountered the complexities of bureaucracy prevalent within a company referred to as a "Home Warranty." I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Michael, the proprietor of A1, for his exceptional professionalism in dealing with a company that appears to have little concern for anything other than their bottom line. Michael documented everything in an attempt to save me the full cost of a new unit. Regrettably, we were unable to reach a satisfactory agreement with the "Home Warranty" company. However, Michael continued to provide excellent customer service by working with me to find a unit that would meet my needs and my budget. His financial assistance was also exceptional, which will keep me off the Top Ramen diet. I would also like to acknowledge that both service techs Chris and Roy have made multiple trips to my home in an attempt to repair my aging system.. They were always prompt and efficient in their actions. They communicated when issues arose that prevented a permanent fix, as well as what was broken and why it was not identified sooner, and what they could do to bandaid the issue until replacement. In the end, both technicians returned for the installation and dedicated a total of 12 hours of tireless effort to ensure my operational readiness ahead of our scorching 100 degree days in Tucson.
