My heat stopped working in a house I bought a month ago. I called every hvac number on google at 1am to get someone out to my house. No one responded. Mike called me first thing in the morning, apologized for missing my call at night and was at my house in less than a half hour. THEN within minutes of being here he figured out the exact problem, went to the store, got the part, installed it and was on his way. And THEN the part that I really liked- about an hour after he left he made sure to call and make sure everything was working well since they left. Highly recommend.
