It's been almost 2 months since A-Z did a complete replacement of our HVAC system and we have enjoyed our new system immensely!!! Harvey and his team were extremely professional, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. He even offered a new solution to our off balance airflow issues. We now have consistent heat and AC throughout the house and what a difference!!! We 100% recommend this company to anyone!!!! Thank you Harvey.
Harvey is wonderful and professional, and he did our repairs at a great price with a complete warranty. Truly one of the better sub-contractors I’ve worked with.
A-Z Air Conditioning & Heating did a amazing job! I was recovering from a bad misleading experience with xtreme air services, who is the company that came to my residence and assessed my unit in mid-summer. xterme air services told my that I had to replace my entire system and it would cost me $10,000!...At this point I was totally lost and didn't know what to do! I was not in a position to get a loan, which they were very helpful in trying to help me get. So I was just stuck in mid-summer with no air! I ended up purchasing three window units to get through the summer months because I felt I had no other options. The window units cost me around $550.00 total. However, I was only able to use the window units to cool my bed room, daughters bedroom of which I had to nail a blanket up to close it off because she insisted on making game room her room and it was an open space....kids! Oh and the common area. Now the window units worked and they made us feel comfortable but the use of them were very inconvenient. All three units cost me around $550.00 total, which was a great saving compared to $10,000.00....Right! My nephew had some work done by A-Z Air Conditioning & Heating on his air conditioning unit toward the end of the summer. He was totally satisfied with the service he received and immediately told me about A-Z Air Conditioning & Heating but I was discouraged. I just knew I wouldn't be able to afford to get my unit fixed. So I put it off!....Until last month when it started getting very....cold. My daughter and I were using small heaters to warm our bad rooms to keep warm!.... My electric bill was the same amount as if I were heating my whole house. So I took a leap of faith and called A-Z Air Conditioning & Heating. Boy!!!... was I glad I finally called them. I was totally put at ease when I met Harvey. He was most of all professional, punctual, knowledgeable and very helpful. He did not seem to me like a person that wanted to take advantage
Had a excellent experience with A-Z a/c & heating , pricing was affordable and timely . Provided a breakdown on what needs to be done to get my unit. I will refer A-Z to all my friends & family.
Have you seen a man skilled at his work? Fair, Flexible, Honest, didn’t overcharge and got the job done. Was so grateful to work wIth AZ-Air and would highly recommend! Had to come out a few times due to properly troubleshooting the unit, however this was necessary in order to get to the root cause. Was quick to respond and easy to reach. I easily could’ve been told you need a new $5,000 unit but he was determined and honest to get the resolution. I don’t know much about AC units so I didn’t feel comfortable at first but thankfully AZ patiently broke down what was potentially occurring, physically showing me what wrong and the possible outcomes. I appreciated the shared 15+ years of knowledge! Look no where else for service as I feel you will be highly pleased and your issue kindly treated. with AZ Air. Will definitely work with again should ever need. Thanks again for your services!
I had called a few places who advised me it would be a $150 fee because it was 6 pm and considered emergency hours. I called him at approximately 7 pm and he advised a $50 service fee he did not jack up the up cost because of the time. He was in the middle of a family emergency but ensured me he would be out within the hour. He came out at 8:00 p.m. and found the problem immediately. He was very polite and professional. He gave us a great deal seeing as we had burned out cord needed freon and we had a leak. He was done within an hour and our house instantly begin to cool down. We are forever grateful
A-Z Air is reasonably priced, professional and helpful. I appreciated his explanations/recommendations to all of my questions and concerns as well as cleaning up once he finished the job. I highly recommend them.

Awesome, superb service. These guys are very professional and very skilled at what they do. I was able to get same day service and repair. These guys are top notch and I will use their services again. I highly recommend them for your A/C repair needs!!
