I like to call the local home town guy, but what a mistake. A and W stated freezing up was normal. Had to call for a second opinion, Air Comfort Solution found his mistake sweat on fittings, They suggested he returned to honor his warranty on his work. Ask A and W to return to honor their contract and he refused. So Air Comfort Solutions came to the rescue! Don’t do business with this company , They don’t honor their work, they don’t do good work,

A&W Heat and Air was absolutely awesome. Ive dealt with quite a few Heating/AC companies and technicians over the years, but none have compared with the customer service and honesty displayed by Mr Brown with A&W. He does high quality work while doing everything in his power to save you money. He takes the time to educate you on the various options available, helping you to make an informed decision. His prices are VERY reasonable when compared to other local companies. I can safely say that after only one encounter, I will never use any other AC service provider but A&W Heat and Air.
He is the best at what he does. Works hard and cares about his work and his clients. He had a man that rents a house that he put a USED AC in months ago that the renter called about not working. It would've been taking care of if the property owner called and if the renter didn't say "just get your fat *** out here and fix it" that's not how you get things done sir. Have respect. He has been in business 35+ yrs and has a great business and loyal customers.
