A Unique did an AMAZING job! Not only did they fix what another company had left broken, they came back several times without complaint and the highest helpfulness and professionalism to make it RIGHT. Even during this busy heat wave, they responded quickly and always let me know the status of parts and when they would be by. I would recommend them and will absolutely be calling them again.

Jim knows what he is doing. One of the bigger companies in Nampa wanted to replace my entire heating unit. Greg came in identified the problem in 10 minutes, got the part ordered, and got it fixed. No fuss Just good work.

On the coldest night/day of the year, I called up Jim hoping for a miracle. He squeezed me into his already swamped schedule, diagnosed the failing pilot light, fixed the problem and was out in a flash. My home and family are warm once again! Jim has always been honest, solutions oriented with me and my family. He should be at the top of everyone's list for service/repairs! Thank you Jim!

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The tech was extremely unprofessional, rude and had the nerve to ask how much my home cost. He refused to even look at part of the unit as he stated it was installed incorrectly. I informed him the home inspection didn't mention an issue and his response was they never do.

Well let's start by saying Jim Cobb is the only tech. Now Jim came to my house for the same issue twice. But has been here all together three times. Not once was a good experience. Jim came out because my central air unit was flooding my laundry room. His first visit he claimed the drain line was plugged. Took him two minutes to blow it out. He then asked where his money was and complained about people not speaking English. He will surely post back saying he remembers this and that whatever jim. I agreed iwith him it's frustrating when dealing with language barriers as I also work in customer service. However my wife is Hispanic so obviously doesn't bug me much. Haha. Anyway it wasn't fixed and was still flooding. We called them again and ask for someone other than the lovely jim. At which I was told he is the only tech in the whole company. (Not shady yet just wait) he shows up takes a 60 second look at my unit then demand 600 dollars to rip it out. When i told him I wasn't paying 600 and asked him to call my warranty he refused saying it took hours to get them on the phone and that they wont cover it. I called them after he left and it took less than 5 minutes to have them on the phone wow. Now Jim was right they wont cover what he was "claiming" needed done. However get this Jim. I called another person to come out the same day you left. They actually fixed the issue. You will never guess what the fix was. The new tech blew out the drain line..... Jim isn't that what you charged me for your first visit?? So what exactly did jim do? Well nobody knows. Now you can blame the warranty company all you want. But the fact is you didnt do what you said you did and still collected money for it. Now knowing your type Jim you will probably come on here and try justify yourself and lie your way out of it which will just prove my point. This man will take your money and run. You've been warned.

So my home warranty hired this company. The tech who's name is Jim Cobb was the most unprofessional person I have had in my time. This tech showed up and worked for maybe 3 minutes. Then spent 10 minutes complaining about how he hates people who can't speak English. While my Hispanic wife was in the room, mind you. Then takes my money. Low and behold to our surprise it was not fixed and was still leaking water all over our house. It then took two weeks to get him back out. Now this time he was there for maybe 2 minutes. Demands more money from me and when I refused he got mad. I asked him to call the warranty company which he also refused to do. Before leaving he cursed at me. Due to the leak I have water and mold under my house walls rotting and this mans response was "it's not my problem." If you hire this company just know Jim is the only tech they have. I would not reccomend him to anyone EVER. I now have to repay another company to fix it and pay thousands to fix the water damage.

I wanted to give them 5 stars because they gave me a good deal but the more I thought about it the more I couldn’t get over the communication from the office and the tech’s professionalism. I called 4 times and didn’t get a call back until late in the evening the next day. They said they would call when a tech was on the way or available. The tech showed up at my door before the office called. Happy they were there but communication is an important. The tech was unprofessional. Rude and abrasive. Did good work but again professionalism is important in the service industry. Cursing and talking down about previous clients and home warranty services is just bad form. I’m a pretty candid person and can be a bit harsh myself, but after reading more about the tech’s it appears that is a common experience. Again, good work, but poor communication and professionalism.

They did well. Gave us a quick fix to get our ac working. They said they would follow up and set up a meeting in the next few days. I called them after not hearing from them for three weeks. They set up an appointment to complete my ac repair a week after that. So in all, solid work, but slow response time.

Terrible customer service. I called to find out information about a system they installed. The receptionist was very helpful and was in the middle of explaining the system installed using a home warranty company. The owner or service tech very rudely broke in and told her she was taking too much time on something that was not making money and to get off the phone. I would think information on a system they installed and why they did only half the job would be important information. You can not put a price on service. I would not use them for anything. In response to your response: The questions were asked of your company since you did the work. You had an very large opportunity to explain why the work was done the way it was done. Telling the receptionist to get off the call because it was not making you money is what the issue is not the work performed. As far as I know and communicated to your employee the work was done correctly! The issue is not the work it is your customer service!

This company is the used by my home warranty. i made a claim late sunday night because our air conditioner thermastat was set at 73, and it would only get down to 78... it had worked fine last season. A lady with this company contacted me first thing monday morning, she was super nice and i was feeling pretty good about them. i didnt have a problem getting an appt for the next day. The man that came out looked at our system, diagnosed that the "system is operating as designed," advised us to leave the fan laways running, and then took his $60 and left. He was here about ten minutes. By the end of the day, the thermostat could only get down to 83. As designed, huh? Feeling pretty ripped off.
