My home warranty company (AHS) was backlogged on jobs and let me choose my contractor. I found out A.R.T was already registered with them as a provider and they worked with their contacts at AHS to assign my case to them immediately (speeding everything up!!!) They came out in the same day and fixed my problem with the upmost professionalism and instruction. They are local, family owned, and a small business that I'd highly recommend.
Shaun and Tony went above and beyond trouble shooting and repairing the issues with my air conditioner. There is a definite improvement with the temperature inside my house. I know my family and I will be able to make it through this Texas heat. Btw their response time and professionalism are above and beyond. I know people who have to wait a long time to have technicians come by to examine and repair a/c units but ART has people there within 1-2 days.
This is the second year in a row we have used them for AC problems and they are the BEST in the area hands down!!!! Also super fast dispatch! Everyone is so polite and nice I give them 12/10

If AHS assigns you this company immediately decline Not only were we scammed $400 out of pocket we were accused of insurance fraud and harassed by them admitted to.driving by our house on multiple occasions We had to report them to the police and the BBB On top of that our AC is still not working.

I gave these guys 5 stars initially they tried to fix my AC but it still clatters and quits cooling. They said I needed an electrician to come out and check wiring. They never updated the ticket so American home shield would send an electrician out. It is said that they just threw their hands up and quit instead of being good technicians and finding out the fault. They did replace some parts but intermittent problems are difficult. as a mechanic myself I can’t just say oh well I did all I can it’s fixed when I know it’s not!
Very good experience came in and had my AC unit fixed in under five minutes
Very prompt service. They fixed the problem quickly and the house was cooling back down in no time.
This company sent someone to my home for repair said they would come back in three days when they came blamed me for compressor going out and I was told who are they going to believe me or technician who he has known for 30 years. Just trying to rip customers off don’t use them.

This company is fast and very efficient! Our home was having an issue with our heat and they came right away and fixed the issue!
We woke up to a puddle of water in the kitchen floor, which was dripping from the ceiling. Our AC unit is in the attic! We called A.R.T for assistance, and the team was at our house within 30 minutes. They were awesome! We highly recommend A.R.T Heating/AC - and will definitely call them for any future needs. Thanks you guys!!!!
I have been using A.R.T. for my AC repair and maintenance through AHS for my AC service, they fit me into their busy schedule and are proficient in fixing my AC issues promptly.
I called A.R.T at 0700 by 0745 someone was there. I really do appreciate the service and now I'm cooling again. Highly recommend!

I submitted a work order for my A/C, Sunday morning 25 April 21 and I received a phone call immediately from Terry about an hour later. He came out and immediately identified the problem. Without any hesitation, he replaced the motor in the system. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Our system is back to pushing out cold air. Thank you all especially, Terry for a job greatly done.
Appointment was easy to set up. Price was fair! They called 30min before time of arrival, like they said they would. Fixed my heater during the 100yr winter storm of 2021. Can't thank yall enough!
