Andrea and Ruben are good honest people. They show up when they say they will and even keep you updated if you have to wait for an appointment. Ruben has always been able to diagnose any issues we had and fix them in a timely manner. I would not call anyone else.
Not sure what to say other than A&R HVAC is a "dynamic duo." From professional communication when you call, to excellent, responsive, and reasonable priced services when they arrive. Of course, that happens when you talk to the owners of a small business (who care). A&R HVAC is a highly recommended service provider for Wimbledon Estates in Spring, TX via a Facebook group, so neighbors suggested them and I'm happy they did. We were away on vacation when our A/C began to not respond. Fearing the worst in 90 degree weather we asked the super hero owners to help us out. A recent failure of our AC unit through my husband and I into a turmoil duting a very hot summer. One service did not show up so I was given the number of A&R Service by a neighbor. I truely believe angels exist here on earth. A&R people are wonderful ! They arrived when they said they would, found the problem, had the part needed on hand and cool air began to flow into our home. They then checked and cleaned the outside heat pump and it now runs better than before. Ruben and Andrea are truely Angels and we thank them for their help and service.
Our house was on the market and we called A&R to verify and repair our issue. Reliability, Fair prices and very fast service. They were already in the area and came by within 3 hours of calling! Highly recommend! Way to go Andrea and Ruben.
We were trying to sell our house, but an inspector found an issue with the AC. We had two other people come out and “fix” the issue. I called and they showed up the same day to take care of the problem. He even helped the landscaper who had an issue completely unrelated to what he was doing.
Best AC man in town!! He was very helpful and informative on our ac vents growing mold. He gave us a great deal on a ultraviolet device and on installation to help with killing any virus and mold in our system.

Shout out to Ruben and Andrea Villanueva!!! I had A&R HVAC Service come out for a second opinion on my A/C unit and its cooling issues. I am so ecstatic to say say Ruben was able to fix my issues and speak to my concerns giving sound advice and direction for our needs! Our first opinion informed me of a $1,100 "fix" with the wrong freon, or a quote to replace the whole system inside and out. For pennies on the dollar, A&R HVAC Service did a phenomenal service from the time he drove up to the hand off of business cards! Hands down number one!! Thank you for your honesty and integrity!!
Great company and price. The guys that installed my unit worked all day and even after working so long with no breaks they still smiled and acknowledge us. I want them to know I really appreciate each and every one of them. Thank you for taking time to make sure the unit was working to it standards.
Ruben came out to my home after my coil was freezing up. I was thinking the worst since the unit is already 15+ years old. Turns out it was just a bad connection at the capacitor 🤦♂️. I was amazed, any other company would of sold me a replacement unit costing me thousands! I appreciate your honesty! Thank you!
If you're looking for quality work, friendly professional staff and affordable prices, look no further. After an initial a/c test showed I needed a whole new system, I was offered an accurate upfront price and felt no pressure that I had to act now. Everyone took care in my home as if it were their own. I highly recommend them.
I am very picky on who repairs my home. That goes to show that andrea and ruben are doing something right to earn my business. They are courteous, prompt (even on late night emergency calls), and have excellent attention to detail in their work. With A&R you will get better service at a better price than any chain can provide.
The only ac service we'll use! Mostly because we trust Ruben and Andrea. Ruben came out one day late and at the last minute and didn't charge me some ridiculous fee. We appreciate them. :)
Ruben is beyond amazing. He is courteous and very knowledgeable. He came to check our ductwork and ended up saving us a ton of money! I will recommend them to anyone I know!
Ruben came out, late evening, to figure out why our A/C quit blowing cool air. He found the issue and said he would be back first thing the next morning to fix it, which he did. This company is true to it's word - honest, reliable, affordable and great customer service. We are so glad we went with A&R HVAC SERVICE, LLC. I definitely recommend this company. 100%.
I absolutely love booking my yearly tune ups with this company. They always take care of my unit not only professionally but economically. I first learned about them after I used John Moore whom left my unit and home after 2 visits and the unit not working. I found this business and not only did they fit me in the same day they had my unit running within a few hours. I will always continue to use them.
The level of customer service I have experienced has been stellar!! I am so impressed by Ruben's knowledge, honesty and professionalism. Yesterday we experienced an issue with our AC not blowing cold air after a brief power outage. I called Andrea at A&R to schedule an appointment for the following day. Andrea had Ruben contact me within 15 minutes to help me troubleshoot the issue. If that didn't work,Ruben offered to come out at 8pm that night to try and fix the problem! Fortunately we were able to fix the issue after following Ruben's advice. A&R is the best!
I contacted A&R and they came out within an hour to look at my ac unit. The woman who took my call was very professional and pleasant to speak with. The tech was very polite and explained possible issues very well. I will use them again.
