Mike and Zack replaced my ac unit, Josh was very upfront and his pricing was very affordable. Def my go to from now on.
Mike came out to take a look at my AC unit and got it fixed within minutes after he got the part. I was surprised to see how quick A.R.C came to fix my AC considering it's a holiday weekend and other places I tried calling were only willing to come out at the end of this week.

He took a 60 yr old woman's money in the middle Of a TEXAS HEATWAVE, 106°, with 6 dogs an a son that works nights, an needs to sleep comfortably during the day!!! He abandoned me! Its all his stuff an all his work!!! After he couldn't figure out what was wrong, with all new stuff that he brought, he abandoned an ignored all further communications from me!!! Watch out, hes only been in business for 5 yrs! He definitely dont know what he is doing!!!
Absolutely great service all around. I called they came out the next day and had my AC fixed in less than an hour. For years I worked with another company but A.R.C AIR Comfort Systems provided such a better experience. Worth every penny. Definitely my go to from now on.

Josue & his team were the best HVAC company I spoke to to replace my furnace and AC unit. They were all kind & respectful of my home; worked efficiently & cleaned up well after themselves. In the 8 years I’ve lived in my home I have never heard a quiet furnace til they installed my new one. They even relocated my ac unit closer to my home since the previous one was over 5ft away. I definitely recommend them. Thank you guys!

Extremely pleased and grateful for the tasks performed. From the concrete slab built under my ac unit to the finishing touches after installing my A/C unit and anything else it entails. I believe the price was more than fair for all the work accomplished. I’m sure I would’ve paid a lot more anywhere else. ARC Air Comfort Systems was able to work with my schedule and went above and beyond to accommodate my family. Even answered other maintenance questions I had. I highly recommend to anyone!

I had an issue with my AC not heating at an Airbnb i managed. Due to the freeze, i called around like crazy trying to find a place to service the property on such short notice, with no luck. I reached out to Josue from a recommendation i got and he got to me literally the day after i called and got one of his techs out to fix the issue within DAYS! I messaged him Tuesday, he came out Wednesday, and by Friday the work was done! If i EVER have any issues with anything HVAC related I’m calling him right away! He was super professional and explained everything very well. Being a woman, people tend to take advantage of the fact that i don’t know much about HVAC but he was super honest about everything and gave me two options on what could be done to help. Thank you again!!!

ARC is very responsive and professional! We've had alot of issues with our system in the past and therefore have been through quite a few HVAC companies. However, I am so grateful we came across ARC! They are very friendly and accommodating. I didn't have any cash and was able to pay via cash app! Super convenient! Thank you all again for your great response time and work!
Josh and his team were very professional and responsive to our problems. We called about our a/c being out on Wednesday around 6:15-6:30pm and he was out there with a new unit less than 24 hours later. I have never had such good quality service. We could have waited weeks for someone else to do it, but if I had to choose what company to go with, I would choose ARC all over again! The friendliness and professionalism of this company is what is going to take them far! He has also called not once but twice to make sure our a/c is still working well in this heat. That on its own speaks volumes about this company! Thank you Josh and your staff for everything you have done for our family! You guys definitely go above and beyond for yalls customers!
The team at ARC is stellar. They are professional, helpful, and dedicated to quality. The prices are great! The technicians are very knowledgeable and able to explain, diagnose, and repair any issue you might have with your HVAC system. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. They installed a new system downstairs and were able to get mold out of our vents. Also, they diagnosed an issue I wasn’t aware of on my upstairs system. I know who to call to replace my upstairs system when it’s time. If Charlie is the technician that comes to your home you know the job will be done right! Thanks for helping my family get cool agai 😎
