This company was contracted to replace a ceiling fan through my home warranty. He tried to cheat me and the home warranty company. Unprofessional and has no respect as what the homeowner wants
I hired Titus to hang curtains, art, mirrors and mount a TV for a Madison design project install. He was on time and it didn’t take him long to do all the things that needed to be done. He brought all of his own tools and supplies, which was a plus. I definitely recommend him and will use him again for any future projects in the area.
First of all @ 6:50 am 2/24/2021 I called the brother and spoked with him about the situation he said he will be there at 10:00 a.m. I had a work schedule between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. I called him at 10:10 he told me that he was in route and 11:15 a.m. I called him again and he said I ASSUMED that you canceled. This is bad customer service I took 4 hours of my life called off work and didn't get anything fixed I had to call my home warranty company again to reschedule another technician to fix the problems for another day of work this is very awful.
NO Show, not even a call or text when I took off work 2 meet 4 quotes.
I’m was extremely pleased with the response time to assess the problem with my garage door and the promptness executed in fixing the problem. Job well done indeed!!
I would like to say he was 10min. Early which was awesome. He fixed the stove in no time at all. The thermostat was malfunctioning causing the the stove to overheat he replaced it and was on his way. I just found my new appliance guy. Thanks again!!
I absolutely love this company! A&Q’s team was on time for my project from start to finish. Mr. Amos was very professional and performed quality work. I would definitely use A&Q for future projects.
