My air is fixed but inside my house the unit is leaking was that not supposed to get fixed. Sounds like a running faucet. Now I have to pay for the bill. Too bad I wasn’t home when David came out. I look in my ac vent he didn’t even notice to connect the drip line back
Awesome service! We've used this company a few times and we've never been disappointed. They are efficient and thorough. Javier came out this time and he took the time to show me the work he did and explained how to maintain our system between visits.
Javier is awesome, he’s friendly courteous and above all extremely talented at what he does. Called on a Sunday afternoon late and the tech went out of their way to be there. She knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We have used A Prestige for the last 8 years for semi-annual preventive maintenance. Always on time with courteous and knowledgeable techs.
Very satisfied with the service....starting with the initial estimate....to the follow ups. Installation was on time and did not take all day. Had a small issue with the unit after installation....was blowing both cool and hot air at the same time. Called the office and Jim came out with the install tech and immediately diagnosed the issue. While blowing cold air, the heat strips had also been activated. Easy fix.

Appointment was Monday, but I said that if they had an opening on Saturday... to let me know, and I could adjust my schedule to get it done early. At approx 1115 on Saturday, I received a text saying the tech was enroute. No phone call... no coordination. I was 40 minutes away from my home. I rushed back, arriving at noon exactly. The tech arrived at 1208. So... while it all worked out today... I feel STRONGLY that there should've AT LEAST been a phone call before the tech was dispatched to my home.

We received a text, the tech was on their way. It was within the 2 hour window we had scheduled. He was polite and professional. He was thorough, and gave us some helpful tips on keeping the drain pipe clean. We are very satisfied with the service. Javier was our tech and we will request him in the future .
Had a clog in my ac condenser pipe, which led to my ceiling/floor opening up. This was the only AC company I could get a hold of out of calling 3 businesses. Natalie called me back within a few hours and saved me a lot of headache and future issues by walking me through a few things. Mike came out today, made an assessment for my repairs. Looking forward to getting my AC fixed in the very near future with Prestige Air Conditioning & Heating Specialists.

Javier is 5 star tech! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous!! Javier has been to our home twice consecutively within the last year! Javier also explains everthing so that the homeowner has a great understanding of his work and their HVAC systems. Honestly he should be promoted and given a raise! If I ran my own business Javier is the exact employee I would hire and retain at all costs! Thanks again Javier. Also the Keiley D. Whom schedules our service/ maintenance calls is another 5 star employee. We have used this company since 2020 and we love them. We also recommend this company to everyone in our community when they are in need of A/C work!!! Absolutely 5 star company!!!
I just want to thank the folks at Prestige. Always on time, efficient and they answer my millions of questions ha! Mike is awesome and super knowledgeable. Keiley is communicative and gives updates as soon as she gets the information. They got the job done on my heater and tracked down a very hard piece to get for me. They were patient and kind with me even when I was frustrated. I am also using them going forward for my annual maintenance. A great choice in keeping my units in tip top shape! (I promise this is not an ad) I'm a happy customer! It's hard to find good service these days!
