I have used A plus on multiple occasions from the install of my new AC unit to plumbing issues, and each and every time A plus has went above and beyond to provide excellent service. For those reasons I will be an A Plus customer for life. A plus is the company for the job search no more!
They came out on and was able to get us a replacement same day and was very professional thank guys
I'm extremely disappointed. I made an appointment and rearranged my schedule to be present for his arrival. He never showed. My time slot was on Friday from 12-2p. At 2p I called to inquire. He ignored my call but texted stating he was on the way. Today is Sunday and I guess he is still on the way. There hasn't been any more communication.
Tavon and Crawford! Great team, came out on a saturday to clear blockage from sewer line that other companies said they had to rip out entire line to do! Showed up earlier than initially stated and jumped straight on the prob!! Thanks guys for making my weekend! Will definitely use them again!

I had a leak in my main water line, spent weeks trying to get a hold of someone who could fit me in and and would complete the work. A Plus was recommended to me, I called them and within 30 minutes they were at my house getting started. The entire job was done quickly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend giving them a call the next time you need repairs. I’ll be using Mr. White and his team from now on!
My grandma had been having a water leak for a while that had been causing her bill to be very expensive. I called APlus Heating Cooling Septic and they came out the next day ready to get the job done. They quality of their work was excellent. And the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely be calling them again in the future.
Tavon has always been timely and very professional with all his work and prices. If he don't come personally you can guarantee any worker he sends will get the job done. Ever since we first started using him bout 4-5 years ago he has never failed. Thanks again
My AC unit was not producing enough cool air. He came by and resolve the issue within 30 mins. He was professional and knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend using them for all your HVAC needs.
As a single female it is good to have someone that you can call who will respond quickly and not over charge just because. I like that the owner makes suggestions and steer you in the right direction for the most cost effective repairs
A Plus offered us SUPERB service. We've had several septic companies to come out and none of them were as thorough as A Plus! A Plus came and and diagnosed the ACTUAL problem for both the septic and AC. They came out and repaired the issue in 1 day for each job. It has been a few months since the work was done and we no longer have the problems we were having. I would definitely recommend A PLUS for the professionalism and service they provide.

We’ve used A plus Heating and Cooling for many years and have even referred them to our friends and family. They’re always on time, professional, and efficient. We’re getting ready for our son’s graduation and needed to replace our AC Unit before it began to get too hot. We reached out to A Plus and they were able to install our new unit within a day! Great experience! I had a water leak in my yard from a old pipe, Tavon and his team came out within the hour (on a Sunday morning) and repaired the leak. Very responsive and professional!
