Our air conditioning quit working on Friday night and this happened when temperatures were in the 90's. We called Anthony from A.N.T. Comfort Solutions and we set up a repair for the following morning (even though a weekend). Alex the technician showed up Saturday did some diagnostics and it turned out it was a simple repair and he had the parts on his truck. We were thrilled that what we thought would've been an expensive repair turned out to be a simple inexpensive fix thanks to Alex. These guys were great!
I found this company via Nextdoor recommendations and I am very pleased with their professionalism and expertise. This is an all around great HVAC company. I highly recommend their services.
We just bought a house and we noticed that the HVAC system wasn't working correctly all of a sudden. We called this company based on recommendation and we are glad that we did! Kevin was FANTASTIC! he explained everything, was polite, and made sure that we had our system up and working so that we didn't have to call them back out again! We couldn't be more pleased. If we ever have another issue, we will definitely be calling this company again.
Will charge you way more for the price of parts for your repair. I checked the price for the part and it was $151.00 and this company wanted to charge $590 for the same part. Also the owner and the worker sad he was the company that was Comfort solutions when he came out I ask again why it wasn’t the person that came before and was told that the other person had sent him. I ask for his license number but he refuse to give it to me.
Called 2 months ago to have my unit looked at bc ac was not working. Talked to owner and a different person came out and said one thing. Got it fixed. ( $175) Two week’s later, it goes out again. Calls owner and he sends the same guy again. “NOW” its a different problem. Went ahead and got it fixed. ($615.00). Month later it goes out again. Calls owner and sends the same rookie again and tried to charge me for coming again. Guy swears he identified YET AGAIN ANOTHER PROBLEM. Told him I’m good and didn’t want the service and he waves the $75 charge for nothing like I was done a favor. Told me I can order the part and do it myself. I’m not certified. So here it is I’m not only in the heat but out of $800 bucks. Was told they were the best for this area. I STRONGLY DISAGREE.
I have used this company on several occasions, from servicing my old HVAC system, to installing and maintaining the new HVAC system. The owner and technicians of this company always exceed my expectations in both professional courtesy and quality of work, not to mention the costs! Where to begin with A.N.T? I have been so delighted with the attentiveness, flexibility, and professionalism. Compared to what we could have paid, pricing was so much more fair and affordable. Even if you get a price from someone else, it is worth it to get a second opinion from Anthony! He answered all of my questions thoroughly, reassured my husbands doubts (machines operating in unison, etc) and was able to help us sooner than we’d thought. I will call Anthony from here on out for all of my HVAC needs and you’d be wise to do the same :) Thank you to a great company!
Anthony and team were extremely busy, but found time late in the day to come our house. Within a few days, he and his team had replaced our broken air conditioner with a new unit. They kept the work site inside the house and outside the house very clear. Our original unit created some complications for the install of the new unit, but the team had all the necessary parts to correct the situuation. Oh, did I mention A.N.T. Comfort Solutions was the best quote provided for the new unit. Nothing better than a quality install at a great price. Thanks, Anthony and team.
If your in the Highland Creek area this is your go to HVAC company period. Anthony is on time, follows up on phone calls, and is a true professional. He has helped us with our older unit twice and we look forward to having him install our new system. ANT is the way to go!
Anthony and team just did a great job replacing our entire HVAC system, which included moving our AC condenser from the back to the side of our house. We chose A.N.T. Comfort Solutions after panning estimates from two other local competitors, primarily based on Anthony's knowledge and expertise. Online HVAC sizing calculators feel inline with Anthony's proposed system, while the competitors had us grossly oversized, so much so that our duct work would not have even worked with their proposed systems. Even after we had the competition recalculate and propose similar/reasonable sized systems, their prices were still thousands of dollars higher. For our 1400 square foot house, we went with a 2.5 ton 14 seer ac unit (condenser and coils), 70k BTU furnace, and a humidifier. Our original equipment was a 2.0 ton 12 seer unit and 50k BTU furnace and no humidifier. The competition recommended a 3.5 ton 16 seer unit and a 90k BTU furnace for 3+5k more without even including the humidifier. The entire job was accomplished in about nine hours and they even worked through a whole day off rain. Entire worksite was cleaned up completion.
