My A/C was on its last legs and barely hanging on, so I got to searching and was lucky to find A&M Mechanical. They had a tech out right after the phone call and he was super professional and got a new system installed very quickly and for a good price. I was very happy with the work they did, and I will call A&M again the next time I need help with my air conditioning.
So thankful for these guys. AC was fixed and parts replaced quickly and affordable. Showed up earlier than they said even plus did the work quickly. Thanks for the professionalism.
The guy that came out was extremely nice professional. It was more like a friend coming out to help me figure out the problem. I did not feel like he was trying to sell me anything more then what I needed. I was able to troubleshoot on my own to the point of knowing that everything still function properly. He used his voltage meter and sniffed out exactly where our electrical communication problem was. Within a couple minutes everything was up and going again. I would definitely recommend A&M -Honset Company-
We found A&M Mechanical through Home Advisor for AC work. Our 2 yr old system wasn't evenly cooling the house. I figured it was a leak in the ducts, but didn't find the source. The warranty company sent out a company that charged $75 to tell me that problem couldn't be fixed unless we replaced all the duct work. When I asked them about possible leaks, they told me that it was certainly possible, and left it at that. They did tell me that the people that installed the AC incorrectly relocated one of the ducts on the plenum. But the warranty company wouldn't cover that either because we had an annual AC cleaning done outside warranty. It was under these circumstances that I called got in touch with A&M. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. They were very quick to respond to our service call. They didn't charge us for the initial call to inspect the problem. They were able to identify the leaks in the duct work. They were also honest and reasonable, giving us some options to work with. They did advise, as the previous company did, to replace the duct work. Their bid was more competitive. They also gave a quote to fix what we had. Since we aren't planning to stay in the house forever, the fix is what we wanted. Thanks A&M Mechanical for resolving our issue so quickly and honestly.
