Mark was very professional. He let us know exactly what he would do while here. The last AC people were pushing for some major repairs. A&M looked at our AC and told us our motors etc. were doing fine. They also let us know that they fixed a wire that was rubbing against another part of the A/C unit and fixed it. They also let us know that because the first install of 1 of 2 units was too close up to a section of the roof and that panel was missing screws so they made sure to replace them and to make sure they stayed put. We had the prior company come out since they had installed the 2 units and we were under their warranty. I just had the Uh Oh feeling when they talked about major repairs, new units etc. So glad I listened to that feeling. We didn't need anything they were trying to sell us. Our units are working fine now that the temps are up higher. All in all, very happy we went with them.
Always professional, always on time, great customer service on the phone and in person. Been using them 5 years and will continue using them because they are the best. We have a 18yr old a/c that is still running like it's new and it's all because of them!

Literally the most professional, reliable, knowledgeable and helpful contractors we’ve ever hired over many years and projects - recommended by a neighbor who has worked with them. Amy, Mark and their crew are really a breath of fresh air. We were replacing our main AC and furnace, an expensive project. Price on the four bids we got were basically identical, but A&M’s service sets them apart. They understood our setup better than the AC company that installed and serviced it previously. They were put a lot of time into improving our system, rather than just sending us a boilerplate quote swapping in a new unit. Typically about three days into a big project, I get that “oh no, why did I even start this, I’m going to have to babysit these guys and argue about a bunch of stuff” feeling, but with A&M I knew immediately that we’d made the right choice. All of their employees were professional and really nice people. Our project had some unexpected turns (invasive tree roots and a sewer line that cracked where the condenser needed to be), but they handled it all flawlessly. I didn’t lose even one minute worrying. I knew they would get it done correctly, and they did. Amy and Mark stay on top of changes in their field, and they clearly enjoyed sharing their knowledge and helping us understand our options. I learned a lot from them! Definitely will be switching to them for our maintenance as well. 100% recommend.
Mark and his crew were very professional in the installation of our mini split units. They are very conscience of the smallest detail and took action to assure that the job was done to the most professional level.

They responded to an issue with our water heater, pretty efficient, tried to locate problem, then let us know to contact the appropriate repairman and part needed.
A&M was amazing to deal with from the very beginning. Amy was compassionate and understanding when she heard that our AC was not working in the middle of the summer. She immediately sent a technician to check out our system to see if it needed repair or replacement. Once we confirmed it was dead, she gave us 4 options, ensuring that we understood the differences between all of them and helped us choose the system that best met our needs. Mark and Brad spent many hours on the roof during one of the hottest days of the year making sure that the system was installed to the highest standards, then monitoring it for several hours to make sure it was working at peak performance. My house is nice and cool now, and they took the time to show me how to work the new thermostat so that I get the most out of my new system. I look forward to continuing to do business with them for a long time to come. If you are looking for an honest, hard working company that delivers above and beyond what is expected, then look no further!
I reached out to A & M Mechanical last night as we discovered we had no cold air blowing out and our house was up to 85. We received an immediate response that they would change their schedule around and get out to us first thing between 8-9am which they did. Also best to turn off if not working which we did. By 10 am our home was cooling down and comfortable again. We were told it was an easy fix right away and obviously it was. What a pleasure it is to work with a company that is not only knowledgeable but customer service oriented and caring about their customers. We all know that is rare these days! A big thank-you to A &M Mechanical for their exceptional service and very much deserves the rating of 5 stars. We recommend to anyone be sure and reach out to them for all your heating and cooling needs!
Amy was very quick to get quotes to me and spent a lot of time explaining some of the technical terms regarding heat pumps. Will be forwarding A&Ms info to many friends. Great customer service

I called A&M in June of 2017 to do an inspection on the ac unit of a condo I was going to purchase. Mark came out and did the inspection on a 35 yr. old unit and said that it was on its last leg, he actually needed to change some wiring I believe, because of work done on the unit from other companies was not correct. He said the unit was a mess because of all the "band-aids" made on it through out the years, he requested that I think about replacing the unit because it may not get me through another summer. Long story short, it made it through and A&M installed one in June of last year and I am so grateful for Mark and Amy for their help in getting me the correct unit for my condo and for getting me a thermostat that I can control with my phone from anywhere! The job was done in a day, new unit, elbow, wiring, condensate line, and thermostat. The job was clean and they cleaned up after they were done. The importance of having an AC company that can always be fully trusted cannot be overstated. So thankful to have been referred to A&M Mechanical many years ago. What great service I received. A & M responded very quickly. The technician, Brad, demonstrated vast knowledge about the AC system we have. He took time to explain what the problem was and how he would go about fixing everything. Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional and respectful to all my questions and concerns. I would definitely contact them again should I encounter any future problems. And I would highly recommend A & M Mechanical to all my family, friends and anyone that requires HVAC work to be done.
