Returned home from vacation to non working AC. Previous HVAC company had just been out & said all was good. I had a failing feeling about them so asked a neighbor who he used. Anyway, they were at my house within an hour & installing a much needed new compressor within two. AC is working & I have an excellent warranty

We had A&M remove our very noisy and inadequate AC & Heating unit inside the house and install the amazing Bosch packaged heat pump in our 20 year old home. They replaced the existing duct work and thermostat as well. Alex came to give an estimate and the work was done withing days of initial contact. Extremely well organized and professional, it was all done in half a day. They explained in detail what we could expect from the new unit and thermostat. The unit is outside now and it is so quiet inside! It was a plus to gain some shelving in the hall where the old unit used to be. We are looking forward to a cool Tucson summer for many years to come. Thanks A&M, you have gained life long customers in us!
We installed a mini-split, but needed to pull a vacuum on the lines before starting it up. A & M tested the lines, found a leak, and got us running in no time.

A & M was called in to repair a until from another business. They were on time, replaced the unit and got it going under 2 hours. Great service from the first phone call to the last inspection by Alex.
During the Labor Day weekend I contacted A&M because service that I had just received failed. Nisia answered and scheduled the service, she said I would get a call from the repairman. This all took place in less than an hour. Alex came to my home, diagnosed the problem and got the AC cooling ,we scheduled service for the Tuesday (today). Alex and Fernando were here this morning promptly at 8:30, turns out there was a lot more to be done!! Alex & Fernando did what no other repairman has ever done, and will be back tomorrow morning to to complete the work. They made sure that the AC was cooling before they left. I can't explain in words the caring heart these young men have!! I will be for ever grateful to them!! God Bless them and the whole A&M family!! PS: I now have a service agreement with them too I LOVE A&M!!

Alex came quickly to check my gas heating system, which is the 2nd time it's gone out unexpectedly. He suspects certain parts (under warranty) and will order them. Meanwhile, he showed me (again-I forgot) how to re-start in case it goes out again.
