Robert White was very professional and reviewed all of my options for the repair work in detail. He was quick and accurate making the repairs and left the area clean. I would rank him 5+. I would ask for him again when I am in need of service.
Great communication and great work quality.
After having a grease fire in our kitchen our central AC system went. Scheduling and service with these guys was by far the easiest part of the crisis. We’ll be using them to replace our heating system. They’ll be our only call for all things moving forward for both our home and businesses.
Steve was very thorough and explained all options for annual maintenance. Steve also identified possible issues that may need repairs or replacement in the future. We are very happy that Steve was our technician.

Our technician Ed was very professional, respectful and hard working. He was able to diagnose the problem with the boiler water level control function and and resolve that. He also was able to temporarily patch a pinhole leak in a copper pipe that contributed to the water level issue. A follow up on that issue was scheduled.
Given a quote and finished the job for less than the estimated price Would definitely recommend Ed explained everything in great detail, at a level I could understand Thanks!!
Mike is a professional who worked hard on a very hot day. He was thoughtful and curteous and took the time to show us how to avoid future problems.
Very professional and skilled. Was able to find an alternative solution for installing new circulator pump that allowed repair to be completed in one service visit.

Always professional and on time with their appointments However prices are a bit steep nevertheless Dennis is always courteous, professional and kind… will request him next time I need a visit or a problem to get fixed! I had a consultation today but didn’t like the price… it’s my second time using their services.
Had an issue with our pipe going to the main. He cleaned it out and unclogged our tub as well. Dennis was very professional and honest this is something that I can respect. Give me the small business over the large cookie cutter anytime. Thanks!
We use Johnson for all our heating, AC and plumbing work. They have a variety of service techs and we are always able to quickly schedule and appointment. Their workers are always professional and knowledgeable.
