Gary is a godsend. My son moved to Florida and he always used to handle problems I had around the house. I was very glad when he sent Gary over to fix my air conditioner this summer. He is an excellent technician and explained everything to me before fixing anything. My air conditioner is working better than it worked new. A couple of days ago an electrical surge damaged my dish washer and my heater was acting up. I called Gary and he came right over. Apparently all it needed was to be re booted. It is working fine now and he didn't even charge me for taking a look at it. I highly recommend Gary. He's courteous, very knowledgeable, and reasonable on his prices. Now I just need to find a doctor that I like as much. Good Job Gary!!

I needed simple help and they came free of charge but they could of charged 50 dollars for the service call. The guy gave me sound advice and recommended I get a carbon monoxide detector which was great.
Our elderly neighbor has been without heat for 2 years because he didn't have the resources to seek help and thought it would be too expensive. He allowed me to find A.I.R. and now as the snow falls outside we can rest assured that he is okay. Gary talked me through the whole process and gave us a true Christmas blessing this last year. He has a heart for the elderly and truly warmed our friends home and heart. There are still giving and sincere people in the world. A big thank you to Gary and his efforts.
Gary and his team were wonderful in their assessment of the HVAC issue. They were kind, punctual, and honest. I greatly appreciate their hard work on my HVAC unit. I highly recommend them!

I called this morning at 9 and they fit me in for a 11 A.M today. Gary was so nice and actually tried to help me troubleshoot it before I had to have a service call. He was so nice and explained everything that needed done to fix the problem. Even explained how to check for problems in the future. I will certainly be calling for a seasonal tune up in the future. I wish I would have called them in the first place when I made the mistake of calling another company 4 days ago when I first had problems. His rates are so reasonable!!!

Air conditioner stopped blowing cold air on what felt like the hottest day of the summer of course. The next morning, I googled companies and found A.I.R plus. Gary answered the phone and had me explain my problem. He told me a time he could be to my house, which happened to be on the same day which is amazing because IT WAS HOT. He was there exactly when he said he'd be. He replaced the compressor and the price was impressive!!!! I was so happy with his service, friendliness, promptness, and willingness to fit us in his busy schedule. I will be using his service again and will be recommending him to everyone i know!!!
Fixed commercial air quickly on a hot day
A/C unit went out and after some troubleshooting of our own still was not working. Found A.I.R. Plus online and contacted them for a service call. Gary arrived between time stated. He and his assistant were thorough and explained what needed to be done prior to beginning repair. Estimate given was reasonable and repair was done in a timely manner. They were both professional and cared about the customer by calling to check on the unit and service a few days later. I would highly recommend A.I.R. Plus.
My wife and I recently called air for service and Gary was prompt, courteous and professional. He and his assistant thoroughly cleaned out the AC unit which included taking the unit apart and cleaning it from the inside out the way it's supposed to be done. As a side note I previously had a contract with a well-known air conditioning company and they never took the time to clean my unit in that manner. I would very highly recommend Gary and his company to anyone who is in need of quality Air Conditioning Service. Additionally I even received a return call several days later asking how the system was working ! Addendum: if all of that wasn't enough their prices are reasonable as well ! CUDOS !!!

Gary was able to work me into his busy schedule. He arrived quickly and was able to find out what was wrong my heater within a few minutes. He repaired it and now it is working perfectly. He provided friendly and professional service. I hope that I will not have any a/c or furnace issues anytime soon but if I do, I will definitely call A.I.R. Plus.
I am a single mother with four children and my air went out. I couldn't pay a dime till I got paid on the first of the month so I did what any Christian woman would do I prayed. God sent me an angel, Gary Collins with A.I.R Plus. He was so professional and a Godly man. He fixed my air conditioner and was willing to work with me on payment. If you need someone to fix your AC/Heating these are the guys to call! They are honest and trustworthy! I will do business with them again...

My home is heated and cooled by a pair of heat pumps. I regularly scheduling seasonal system checks, usually done in the spring after the weather is in the mid 80's and in the fall near the anticipated start of the heating season. The technician that I used for over 10 years is no longer working in this area, so I needed to find a new one. I need a good business-type relationship with the service provider because full confidence in work and advice is important to me. I looked at several websites to find a a good candidate. I selected A.I.R because they were a small company and educating the customer was a normal part of their business. I was very pleased with work done at my home as well as the technician’s patience with my questions. The technicians were the president of the company and his assistant. At times they do not work together, but I would trust the assistant to work on my systems too. Based upon the things I look for in selecting a company to inspect or fix my heating and cooling systems A.I.R is a keeper. The things I look for are: 1. Size - Small company because variation in skill among the service rep’s is less. Ideally they would be a one or two man operation. I speak to the president of the company or his assistant when the service technician is at my home. 2. Experience - Seasoned service by technicians that have “seen it all”. I expect them to know my system’s inherit strong and weak points, as well as how it compares to other systems. I also want someone who has worked on enough heat pump systems that he understands their idiosyncrasies. 3. A teacher - People working on my system need to be OK with me watching them work and teaching me about the what’s and why’s of my system. I like to know how serious a problem is - can I schedule the work for a later time, or is it something that requires immediate attention - why, what happens if I do not have the work done? I want the person to be able to tell me, based upon what he ha
