You know the scenario...all of the sudden, at the worst possible time, your AC stops working; experience has taught you that many of the bigger heating and air companies are "in the business of selling new units," so you're hesitant to even bother with them and, in your moment of need, you'd prefer to deal with someone who will find the problem, fix the problem, and not try to gouge you for five grande. We found ourselves in just such a scenario a few years ago right in the middle of the summer...on a Sunday morning. I found Steve on Angie's List and called expecting to leave a message at 8AM to touch base with me as soon as he could on Monday morning...and he picked up on the second ring and got our AC fixed later that day. He showcased the knowledge of a person with decades of experience and was very clear about what went wrong and the best way to handle it. As the years go by, you develop your go-to people for life's various problems. Steve is our go-to guy for heating and air. Highly recommend his service.
