AC unit stopped working when I got home from work in the late evening on a hot summer day... Called A Good Guy and he was at my house within the hour (I said you work nights???) And his reply was I work when it's not working! Diagnosed and Fixed the AC within 1 hour and saved me bundles of $$$...
Was in a bind when i woke up with my propane water heater spilling water on my basement floor. I went on Angie's list and got 4 potential companies that could assist. Adam was the first to call back and was willing to drop by and see what would need to be done. He gave us an estimate the next morning that included using a propane water heater or switching to an electric water heater. Since he was the most responsive and thorough we went with him. Home Depot and a couple of other places had offers as well but they were not as competitive nor did they offer the same attention to "time is of the essence," that we needed. Adam was definitely professional, knowledgeable and pricing was great. He was in and out in a few hours and we are thankful he was available. We would recommend him to anyone needing work to be done. Well done!

This was my first time using this company and I was very pleased. He found a problem that my other heater guy probably new about but didn't even mention to us for the 3 years we were using him. But Adam fixed the problem. And my heater use to run loud and noisy, now it runs quite and smooth. Great job adam. I just recommended him to a couple of other people. I will be using this company from. Now on.
AC stopped working. After calling another company who had told us an crazy amount of work and price and the. sId they couldnt do the work due to the space, I came acrossed A Good Guy HVAC on Home Advisor. I called. Adam came out quickly to take a look. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the blower motor same day in even such a small space for a reasonable price. Adam was very nice,professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things to us and gave us pointers and tips on routine maintance as well. We even set up a future appointment for routine tune up..I would definitely give them a call in the future if I need work done and recommend to anyone needing or may need work done in the future.
Adam does great work. I called him with an issue with my hot water heater and he was able to accommodate me and come out the same day. Fixed problem, quickly and was very cost efficient!!
Adam is a saint! My brand new water heater was damaged (I purchased from HD), and he advised me to call the manufacturer and make a claim. 3 months later, the water heater blew... when no manufacturer technicians would come to fix the flooding conditions in my basement, I called adam to help. He was over in 15 minutes and proceeded to replace the entire water heater! He stayed hours after a typical workday to make sure my family had hot water that evening! Thanks Adam for your professionalism and care for us!!!! Kudos!!!

Very bad experience doing business with Mr. Gross owner of this company. Refused to pay outstanding balance owed to us. Would not do business with him again.

Adam is very personable and professional. Whenever we need Adam to take care of an issue, he is always there. Adam is very reliable and always puts your needs first. Adam's work is done in a timely fashion and is cost-effective. The effort that Adam puts into his work is 110%. Adams work is top-notch and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Great company they answered phone first time i called came out same day and got my heater running for my family. Definitely a company to have on call when u need work done.
They don't answer the phone or return you're phone calls only reason I give them one star was because it wouldn't let me leave a comment with no stars
We have used Adam for years for our yearly maintenance heat/air system which another company installed prior to my knowing about Good Guy. He is prompt, courteous, reasonable and on top of his business. Our system is now over 17years old and when it's time to relace, you'll be sure to know I will be using Adam. I have referred him to many of my friends and family and everyone is quite satisfied and happy with his service.
I had my old hvac tech tell me to replace my old unit so I called Adam for a 2nd opinion and Adam fixed it resonably and affordably needless to say it's been 3yrs and its running great burning less fuel & Adam saved me thousands of dollars . Next job for Adam is to add on a hot water heater .
