Caveat: They haven’t come out yet. But I wanted to rate the very professional and helpful scheduler, Gerri, as 5 stars. I called to get preventive maintenance/tune-up on my AC, and Gerri helped figure out when and how to do it to fit my schedule and give me a good price with a discount for pre-paying for the furnace tune-up come fall. Thank you, Geri! If the tech is as efficient as you were, I will be so pleased!

I've used this business for years and they have never let me down. With the contract I have , they come out twice a year to change the filters and check everything out. They climb up into the attic to make sure all is functioning properly. They check the unit outside also. They'rethe Best Deal in Town price wise and service wise. . I LOVE THEM !!

A&G has provided service for our AC/heating system a few times over 8 years. They always are able to come within a day or two and they always arrive in the promised timeframe. They are skilled and have sometimes fixed my equipment with a small repair. I don't think they try to inflate the problem or costs. I trust them.
The hallway furnace in my mobile home was too old to either refurbish or replace, so I looked into getting a new, more efficient system that would provide heat as well as air conditioning. The best quote on a new mini-split installation came from A&G. And, from the beginning, I had strong confidence in their ability to get the job done — quickly and professionally. They also removed the old system, giving me a new closet area! So many reasons to contract with this team — reasonable maintenance fees to protect my investment, help with getting my generous rebate from the utility company and sending out a knowledgeable and communicative installation team to keep me relaxed and happy during installation. I have since recommended A&G to neighbors and friends. Go with the best!
A&G is 3 for 3 in providing same day service during a summer heatwave ( once during each of the last 3 summers ) Absolute life savers! My latest outage occurred at 7pm on a Sunday and they were there within an hour. Amazing!
AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer as I am sure lots of others did as well. Several AC repair services turned me down saying they were complete booked for the day. A&G managed to squeeze me in less than an hour after I called and the AC was back up and running 20 minutes after he arrived. He was extremely kind and very informative to help me prevent a similar issue in the future. Very reasonable price as well. I highly recommend this service.
