My AC was out during our first big heat waive of the year. Mark was able to come quickly when others had me wait two weeks. He took the time to explain what was wrong and welcomed me to watch him perform the repairs. His quality of work is top notch and my AC is running like new. Thanks for the great service!
Came highly recommended by a friend and she was ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. Mark saved my hide when my AC stopped working during 100+ degree weather. He came out the next day (after I called him at 10 PM on a Sat night holiday weekend), was able to diagnose and fix my issue quickly and gave me instructions on how to care for it. He didn’t upsell like the other company who came out and didn’t even try to do basic troubleshooting before saying I just need to replace. I asked for a quote for a replacement system and based on his work (and a fantastic quote) I will be having him replace my whole system in the next month or two. I cannot recommend this company enough and fortunately or unfortunately for them, I will be a customer for life. To note: I know my AC is on its last legs and needs to be replaced. But I also have pets and humans living here that needed a quick solution no matter how temporary. Mark fixed me up, buying me time until I can replace.
I was told that my A/C unit was completely dead and would absolutely have to be replaced by a large heating/air company. I chose Mark to come and look at it based on his amazing reviews everywhere I looked. Not only did he come out next day ( with offers to come out same day!) ,but my unfixable unit was fixed within hours. Highly recommend. He's a wonderful person and knows what he's doing. If anyone has an older "unfixable" unit do not hesitate to call him!! I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Mark!!!

This company gave us first rate work when installing a new air conditioner and heating system. They were prompt, hard working and answered all our questions. At the end they cleaned up even the smallest pieces of their mess. We compared prices and what that price covered, along with the guarantee with four other businesses and this company did everything they promised plus more. We highly recommend their work and their business.
Mark was very professional and knew what he was doing. He explained everything in detail to me that he wanted to do to fix air conditioning. He was very friendly, very honest, and I would hire him again in a minute.
Excellent service by the Five Star team! Issue with HVAC. Decided the cost wasn't worth a 23 year old unit, and was provided an excellent price for a replacement with next day service. Came out ready and willing and knowledgeable! Unfortunately the manager just wanted a quote. So didn’t actually get to fix it but the tech was ready and willing to and had everything for the job!

We needed an emergency fix on our AC unit and we called Mark to come check it out. He was here at our house within the hour and diagnosed the issue quickly. We needed a part for our unit and he came back with it fast. The install was also very quick and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend A five star heating and cooling for any of your AC needs. I will definitely be calling him again if I need anything fixed. He saved the day on this hot 104 degree weather!

Mark and Bryce did amazing job. I was having problems with my ac unit it was leaking water from p trap inside the home. I had called last minute in afternoon on a saturday but Mark made time to come out and help me with my unit. Mark is a honest ac repair man he showed us step by step where each problem was coming from. He also told us what we can do to prevent this problem from happening again. Thank you again Mark and Bryce for your help my house is much cooler and no more leaking from the p trap inside the home. I recommend calling them. Mark has plenty of years experience, and he will make sure to finished the job is done properly. He will take his time. I will definitely save his number and use his services for next time. Unlike other a.c techs from my past quickly take my money, don't explained anything to me, and out of here less than 15 minutes.
Mark came out and rerouted some ducting in my attic. It turns out when my home was built, the manufacturer used inferior small diameter ducting, split the ducting to different rooms manifesting the poor air flow problems. Everyone in my household will rest comfortably during the summers and winters. I highly recommend Mark and his company as they are very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, courteous and have fair prices.
