The guys helped when nobody else could and got the job done right .. ...True pros !
I just had my water heater replaced yesterday and the plumber informed me that there was a backdraft but he couldn’t figure out why since the angles of my vents were good. I called 20 companies trying to get someone to come in but they either didn’t answer or were booked out for a month. Mike answered and told me they could be here tomorrow, then he called back and told me the other owner could actually be there in 2 hours. It turned out to be a super easy fix and was something the plumber should have seen/taken care of. Tim was in and out in about 10 minutes and now we can safely have hot water again!
I had an older unit in my home that I probably should have gotten taken care of earlier. When it eventually stopped working in the dead of winter and my house was freezing I was unsure where to go for help. I called Mike and he was able to diagnose the issues and let me know we were beyond repair, and the quote I got for him for a new unit installation was very generous compared to other contractors I had been considering. Mike came in on time on the day we had scheduled, worked fast and cleanly and was able to get the old unit out and install a new one for me much faster than I had anticipated! I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone in need of any HVAC services. 10/10

Very professional and punctual. Of course my air conditioning unit went out in the middle of the hottest days of summer. It was impossible to get anyone out. However, Mike and Tim were able to show up the next day get it installed. They were also the best price which is even better! Definitely recommend!

Mike and his partner, Tim, showed up, diagnosed and replaced the faulty blower motor, and had us back in cool comfort within 3 hours of my call. They then came back to complete the preventive service to get us ready for the heating season, which involved replacing a legacy switch. During the whole process, they were professional, thorough to a fault, and personable. While they recognized the age of our system, they did not pressure us into renovations for which we were not prepared. All in all a great experience. We highly recommend them.
