We call Faretti for everything related to our HVAC and plumbing. He’s been doing it all for us for the last ten years and we always appreciate the work he does for us. He’s always courteous, timely, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
So I had a huge mess. I had another contractor who thought he knew how to do plumbing and HVAC. Phil was called in to make it right. Turns out there was more wrong than right. Nobody likes fixing somebody else's mess but Phil took it on. All new piping and supply lines for my HVAC. He replaced every piece of pex in my house except for one we couldn't get to. He serviced my tankless hot water heater and actually plumbed it correctly. He's a one man show so you might have to wait for him. Ask yourself why that "other guy" isn't busy. There are so many poor contractors out there that I have no problem waiting for quality. Just to be clear I never met Phil before or his wife Nancy but they are good people. You can find somebody faster, you might even find somebody cheaper but you won't find anyone better!
Phil and Nancy did a great job installing a new heating unit in my flying hills home. their cost was much less than other quotes I received. I would use them again and highly recommend.
Second time I needed service from Faretti in the same year. This time for a heating system. And once again, Phil and Nancy came through with the best price and service. I got some quotes from other companies but they weren't even close. Phil provides the quotes and does the job himself because he wants it done right! I'm much more comfortable dealing with a smaller company, especially when I can speak directtly with the owners and get honest answers. I'll use Faretti again and again if necessaary.
I write this with great disappointment. I have given this contractor several pieces of business over the years. He installed a new system in a house I have in spring of this year. I made several attempts to contact him with no response and when I did reach him he claimed he was sick and could not come out to look at a 7 month old system he installed that has no heat now in 30 degree weather. Was not sympathic or willing to help in any way. After spending thousands of dollars, this is not the level of service I would expect.
I cannot say enough great things about A. Faretti! I needed a heating and cooling company that participates in the Pennsylvania Housing Finance HEELP program, which allows PA homeowners to make energy efficient repairs to their homes with loans that have extremely low interest rates. Of all the bids I got for my new AC unit, furnace, and water heater, A. Faretti was certainly the most competitive and had the highest value. I spoke with Nancy to receive my work bid and set up the installation appointment, and she made sure I was comfortable with everything and had the information I needed. Phil installed my new AC unit and furnace. He was great - on time, honest, upfront, friendly, and very knowledgeable. A. Faretti is a great, honest company that does quality work and I would definitely recommend them!
So they have this wonderful add showing they can fix this that and almost anything, so went ahead and sent a email online to them describing I needed a welder to go over a rv hot water heater that is brand new because the person who did the weld the first time did not do it correctly, .. 30 minute job!! No biggie, I get a response from them saying they are a month behind so can’t do it... if your a month behind you better get some more people at that place of establishment... so when your looking for a plumber or to get something fixed don’t waste your time they are probably rushing and don’t have the manpower to get it done. The response time to reply was super quick you get a ⭐️ for that!
Phil continues to deliver great prices, professional work, and speedy service. Would highly recommend!
Phil installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our house, and from what I can tell, he did a great job. The furnace heats and the AC cools, we couldn't ask for much more. But seriously, Phil and Nancy were a pleasure to deal with, they're professional, down to earth and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend A. Faretti Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for any plumbing and HVAC work. Great people, great work.
Had a plumbing emergency over the weekend. Phil came out and took care of it the right way; came back the next day with a very hard to find drain cap. Highly recommend! Great job.
Unbelievable great service. I originally wanted to just get an estimate to just get my central air unit completely replaced. Nancy who took the initial call was extremely nice, and scheduled Phil to come out and take a look at my system that had to be replaced. Phil showed up ON TIME, and was very thorough. Within a few days I had an estimate. The estimate was so good, I had to get it installed even though it’s almost the end of September. I just wanted to get it over with, so it’s ready for next spring. Oh yeah, and did I say because the price was so reasonable?! They had it knocked out within 6 hours, and double checked everything and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely refer this company, and use them again myself! Great family run business.
Checked outside unit and fixed several issues from an animal. Professional and kept in touch when he was running a little late from his other service call. Would call again.😀
Called Friday, July 27th for a Thermostat install. Individual (who was very polite) indicated that they would try to get someone out later that day. Fast forward to Thursday, August 2nd - have not heard anything; called again attempting to set up appointment. Appointment made for the 7:30-8:30AM window for today, August 7th. Took PTO so that I was available the entire hour-long window. 8:45 - guy shows up. Unacceptable - I've now burned an hour of PTO to sit and wait for a guy to show up outside of the window, which was supposed to be the 'first available window' of the day, so I'm unsure how one can already be running late. Very poor showing for all of the gleaming reviews. I'll stick with Alltemp - BTW, they have historically been on time for every appointment (early, actually), and have called before every appointment to confirm that I was there and available.
Very reasonably priced with attention to detail. Setting up an appoinment was hassle free, and Phil arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. He is honest and will tell you exactly what services should be done. No large corporate structure here, and no service contracts! Just a locally owned business that knows great customer service. I highly recommend them!
We have used Phil since we moved to the area three years ago. He's done various repairs and maintenance on our heating and cooling systems and replaced our AC unit last year. He is a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, and just an all around good guy. His prices are fair and we will continue to use him in the future. Nancy is great also - she returns calls right away and makes scheduling a breeze. Highly recommend.
Very personable and professional. Had no issue contacting our home owners warrenty company and replaced our water heater same day. We would definately use A. Faretti Plumbing again and highly recommend!

Phil did a great job taking out our old water heater and installing a new one in a new location. Very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Reasonably priced and honest.
Needed to replace my gas hot water heater. Phil offered me a great price -- about $500 less than the estimate I got from another plumber. Did the installation quickly and professionally the next morning. Very happy with his work.
We use Phil for our heating and air conditioning needs. He does a great job! Any time we have a problem he is right out to fix it for us. We can always count on him for excellent work! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new HVAC person.
