I had never needed a hvac service and my family didn't really have any recommendations. I found this business off of the next door app and decided to try. I'm very happy I did because I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of and the 2 owners are very nice and explained everything to me. You won't be sorry for using this company.
I found a Family Friend HVAC via recommendations from NextDoor and I couldn't be happier. Besides being super nice, they are HONEST. Before I hired them, I asked Cory for a recommendation on House Humidifiers and he gave me a straight forward reason why I should pick one over the other. If you are looking for hard working, honest guys...look no further.
We were told by another HVAC company that we needed to replace our furnace. Cory came in and did some minor repairs and parts replacement and it's working just fine. He saved us thousands of dollars! Since we saved so much, we can afford to put in a whole house humidifier. I will highly recommend him to all my friends.
A Family Friend HVAC recently serviced the Furnace in one of of our rentals and did a fantastic job. They were able to get out there quickly and Cory communicated very well. In the Real Estate business it's sometimes hard to find vendors that we highly recommend but I would absolutely recommend Cory and A Family Friend HVAC and will definitely be using them again!
Moved into a house with a neglected HVAC and humidifier. I was able to schedule an appointment next day. They did an amazing job cleaning, servicing, and replacing parts. Great value as well. Highly recommend!
Use this company; they will save you time, money, and headaches. Cory is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, timely, and respectful. He has helped me for years and I will continue to use him and refer business to him. Do yourself a favor, skip the other companies and use A Family Friend HVAC!
I initially contacted Cory the day before Thanksgiving and, amazingly, he was able to come out that afternoon and check on my broken furnace. The repair process ended up taking a few weeks, mostly due to the age of my system and the lack of availability of several parts. But, Cory kept in constant contact with updates and he and his teammate Chris vowed to get the unit fixed. Thankfully, they did, just days before Colorado dropped to record negative temps, and my furnace has been running like a champ ever since. I would highly recommend these guys and will not hesitate to call them again, when needed.
We have had poor experiences with some of the larger, chain HVAC companies. Lost of upselling without explanation, etc. So, we wanted to try a smaller business & who better than “A Family Friend”? Cory (one of the owners) came over, checked out our system, cleaned what needed to be cleaned. Cory went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He then explained all that he had done & recommendations for future (to include the prices up front). The price was good, we are very pleased & plan to call “A Family Friend” for all of our HVAC needs moving forward. Sounds kind of cheesy but really did feel like a family friend. Thanks Cory!
