We had a lot of issues with the installation but Elijah did his best to get everything working.
They were called by my home warranty. They took my money & stated they needed to order a part & never came back. Couldn't give an explanation when i finally got back in touch weeks later. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS SERVICE ITS A WASTE OF TIME!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I was charged for a brand new unit and it is used. Elijah Blanchard never provided any warranty info or receipts. I called and got the warranty started and found out unit is used. The furnace was was replaced even though it was still working and now it will not come on.The company is not returning any of my phone calls. I recommended them to my elderly in-laws and the unit was installed about a month ago has stopped working and of course he is not answering or returning their calls. Do not fall for the I'm a pastor speech.
All I can say is avoid at all cost. Do not allow the home warranty company to assign A&E as you provider. They are hard to communicate with, don’t answer calls, sometimes will text, and arrive hours late for the appointment time if they arrive at all. They promise to call back but never do and you will spend hours trying to contact them. They left us without AC for two weeks and then put a hard start kit in to try to get the unit going until a compressor came in. Two weeks of 90 plus temps in my house when it could have been done on the first day. My compressor was never installed (second week of July now) so I had to pay another service fee to have another company fix my AC which by the way was NOT the compressor. I now have working AC after 20 minutes of another company fixing my AC that had been down since May.

They came out on a home warranty hvac claim. Never fixed the issue, left pieces of my ac unit laying on the ground and now won’t respond. Avoid!
Quality work, knows what he is doing and would definitely recommend to a friend. Just be patient.
Stay away! Absolutely horrendous! I'm on day 11 of my air conditioning being out, and it is still not fixed. They stated it was fixed on Saturday, but when I got home, it was 87 degrees in the house. We called back, and they stated they would be here at 11 AM today to make the necessary repairs. However, it is now 12:45 PM, and they still aren't here. I would not recommend at all.
We got assigned this company from AHS and honestly I was skeptical after reading the reviews, but Marie was on time and great. Solved our issue in an hour on a Sunday.
ZERO STARS This place is a JOKE! Told by Elijah two different days - two weeks apart that he would be here to fix our air conditioner. First time bailed- said that he knew from our description what was wrong with it so he would just order the parts. A week and a half later told us he would be here by 8 am to repair the AC that he finally has the parts. Never showed up although all day long he would text and say they were on the way. Finally at 7pm he called to say he wasn’t coming because the entire unit needed to be replaced. HE NEVER CAME- NEVER SAW THE AC. He is a joke and a liar. Two days off work with no pay waiting on this joker to show up. Unbelievable.
I had an appointment but no one showed up nor called. I called and texted but got no response. If customer service poor i can imagine how the work will be.
This company had an employee driving at least 50 mph down the street in my neighborhood, where the speed limit is 20 mph!!! Thank goodness my children or someone’s pet were not in the road. No way he could’ve stopped in time. You need to talk to your employees about their driving in neighborhoods!
Elijah Blanchard responded to our residential air system after it went out. My wife spoke with him late evening, and he was at our house early a.m. the next morning battling the rain. After investigating the entire system, he replaced the needed parts, and as promised, he said you will have your air back (before he started) and it was back! He is very courteous, professional, and definitely excellent pricing. Out of 5 Stars, we give him a 6!
Elijah did an outstanding job with the repair of our unit. I have a home warranty and feel very fortunate that he was assigned to our job.
I have a home warranty through American Home Shield. Our central AC went out and they assigned A & E Service Co., They were supposed to be here between 10 and noon. Never a phone call that they were going to be late, they just didn't show up. I called at 1:00 pm, they said they would call me back in 15 minutes. An hour and a half later I canceled the service request through American Home Shield. Still no phone call. Terrible customer service!
Tenia problemas con mi calefaccion, llame a la compañia de garantia y me assignation la compañia A&E Services para la reparacion. Enviaron a una tecnica que para mi sorpresa habla español, Marie me explico todo con mucho detalle. Mi unidad era Vieja y no se podia reparar. La compañia AHS aprobo el remplazo de mi unidad. Marie y el dueño Elijah hicieron un buen Trabajo. Definitivamente recomiendo esta compañia.
My warranty company assigned my service call to A&E Services, at the beginning after reading the reviews I was concerned, but it turned out to be the opposite. The technician came to my house at the time that it was scheduled. I needed the furnace to be replaced and in short time they replaced my unit. I’m satisfied with the quality of service that was provided and the professionalism of the technician and owner.
I went through my warranty company to use A&E services and they came to look at my HVAC unit the night I called them. I had issues with the warranty company, but the technician, Elijah, always made sure I was kept in the loop about what was going on. Once things were straightened out with the warranty company, they put my new unit in within 2 days. They even worked in the rain and in the dark to make sure I could get heat! I am very grateful for their great work!
