I had a wonderful experience dealing with this company. They were very professional starting with the scheduling throughout the entire process. The technician that came to my home was very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and he was on time. He took the time to make sure that my system was working properly before he left. I would highly recommend this business to my family and friends. Thank you for your excellent customer service and professionalism.
I like to keep a variety of businesses because you never know when a possible go-to isn't available and you need options. Last week our AC went out. We have a home warranty, but home warranties aren't in the business to fully cover you from everything. It is even more entertaining when no local businesses are in network. They sent the work order to a Peninsula company, A&E Heating and Air. That was around 3pm Friday. We got a call around 6pm Friday. They said they don't do weekends and would be out "first thing Monday". So, through the long weekend, the house baked despite windows being open. It was rough but we managed. Monday morning turned into 3pm Monday afternoon, which turned into a no-show, and desperation. The other company wasnt answering our calls. So I called the warranty company at around 6pm, canceled the service, and got approval for out of network. That also means out of pocket for reimbursement, if they choose to reimburse. So I had to find my own company. I did a search of the page and called the first company that came up, that had 24/7 availability, and positive comments. That was Miller's Services. Called the answering service, not 10 minutes later Brittany called me back. Updated information (apparently we used them over a decade ago) and a few minutes later Thomas called and said he was around the corner. 30 minutes later the air was pumping cool again to the relief of the elder pets. Professional, fast, detailed, and appreciated. Thank gosh for the out of network option. But even more, thank you Thomas and Miller's for getting it done.
Tim and his crew did an excellent job replacing our indoor unit, service was prompt and quick, the whole team did a great job getting our unit replaced in a timely manner with very professional service. Would recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Quick to schedule service through warranty company. They even came a day earlier than warranty company projected. Response to my voicemail promptly and professionally. Diagnosed and fixed furnace in a timely manner and even had repair part in fan so no extra time on cold February nights waiting on a part to be ordered. Great service!
Techs were very nice and knowledgeable. My heat is back working and I'm happy about that and in a timely manner as well.
Poor response time to calling. Showed up ( finally) to say a problem we had we believe was caused by there tech. After having 2 other tech come out after to confirm our suspicions that there was no way anybody but a tech could’ve done the damage purposely. Now we are fighting with our home warranty company to have repaired. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .!!!! Still fighting with home warranty company, or having to pay 1000$ to fix.
AC bit the dust so I called my home warranty company and they sent A&E to the rescue. They evaluated my system told me exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. They promptly coordinated with my home warranty company and got the ball rolling. I was impressed the the guys that came out. Real hard working fellas. I was pleased with the quality of their work. I have had A & E out in the past to repair my 21 yr old system and never had any issues with them. My home warranty company would only pay for what was broken (air handler) I asked for a quote to replace the heat pump. Very fair priced. We made the decision to replace the heat pump portion out of pocket. A & E quickly received all the parts and pieces necessary. Install took a day. They explained to me the new system, the better efficiency, and how to take care of my system. Overall, we are very pleased with the A&E. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC services. Thanks for all the hard work and honesty.
Worthless. They were supposed to come out to my home 3 different times and for some reason don’t make appointments they just show up when they actually do. The first time they showed up while I was at work. Didn’t call to say they were coming or anything. Then tried to set something up and they said they would be back the next day, never showed. Fast forward to the fallowing week I call them and they tell me again they will be at my home that afternoon, once again never showed. The next day, once again no call or anything, they show up while I’m not home the day after a Hurricane when I don’t even have power and don’t even call to say they stopped by. If you want them to fix your ac or heat you better never leave your home.
Honest, fair and friendly
After my home warranty company sent out Bell Cow I thought I would never get heat.... They came out 3 different times n nothing! Three months later I finally get the help I needed by working with A&E! They fought for my with my warranty company to get me a much needed new fernace! They are knowledgeable, friendly and super nice! They understand what customer service is! I would recommend them to everyone! And will be using then in the future!
I'd give a zero star if I could. Never showed up for the appointment my home warranty scheduled. They kept rescheduling me and then just didnt show up or return phone calls.
Phone calls never returned after multiple voicemails and attempts to contact via phone and email. Disappointing.
