These guys are the absolute best!
Absolutely the best HVAC company around. Efrain is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and truly cares about his clients. Amber is always very helpful and responsive, no matter the situation. Efrain came out in 2022 to see if he could fix our very old furnace, and very quickly assessed a major, and dangerous situation that needed to be addressed immediately. He gave us several options, including replacing the furnace, and walked us through the pros and cons of each option. We decided to get a new unit and Efrain had it ordered and replaced very quickly. When we were struggling with the new thermostat during one of the very cold spells in March this year, Efrain came by almost immediately after we called to check it out. He isolated the issue and fixed it the next day. One of the best companies I have had the privilege to work with.
A&E was recommended by our construction company. they were very professional and provided excellent service and advice. We will be using them in the future for our HVAC needs.

A&E comfort pros have amazing service and friendly staff. Efrien and his coworker Jason come out and do the maintenance service on my furnace every 6 months and replaced my air filter they also did an amazing job with the installation of my new A/C system. I appreciated that he explained the installation process in detail and also informed me of a leaky water pipe under my home. Our garage furnace went out & Efrain was quick to get here & figure out what was the problem. By the next day he had the parts & installed in no time. Very reasonably priced also. Will be calling them for all our needs with heating & air.
These guys service very prompt and effective. They recently scheduled a visit to my apartment and performed all the services required during this season. I recommend them.

A&E Comfort Pros did an excellent job installing a new mini-split, 3 zone system in our home! I am an archtect and compared their bid to 3 other companies. Their price was a good value and I was very impressed with Efrain's and Jason's professional manner, clear communication, and responsiveness to my requests of where to run and best conceal the lines. Amber, in the office, was excellent coordinating the project, and kept us updated on equipment delivery and scheduling the work. We are now asking them to provide us a proposal for some plumbing repair work. We recommend them and will use them again! Dave

They also cleaned the dryer vent. They worked very hard and were very pleasant while doing it. They were knowledgeable and thorough.

My ac stopped working. I called A&E they were able to come out the very next day. A simple fix and we are cooled down again.
This was a flipped house, Efrain installed a new a/c and it was damaged in reconstruction, Efrain came out immediately, did a little soldering, recharged the coolant and gave me some history of the house. I couldn’t be happier.
My tenants had their AC go out on one of the hottest days of the year. A&E was booked but moved some things around to come by late in the day and get my tenants AC back up and running. Very professional and affordable. Will definitely use these guys again.
We called today, desperate to have somebody come out same day to fix our AC, as we are supposed to leave for a trip this afternoon! I had called a few other places, and nobody had availability. When I talked to Amber, she immediately wanted to help and managed to get us squeezed into their busy day! Jason came out, and he was such a fantastic guy. He was so great with our hyper 4 year old, and was so thorough, professional and courteous! We were so impressed with him! We loved chatting with him. We absolutely will use A&E for any furniture HVAC needs. They were total life savers today!!! Thank you so much!
