I discovered this awesome company as I was visiting my parents in Orlando, FL (the town I grew up in) quite by accident. After being scammed, lied to and overcharged by several A/C companies in otown, including a company who sold us an entire A/C system, said it had 5-7 years of warranty on parts and labor and then conveniently went bankrupt the following year, we were pretty fed-up. So you can imagine how I felt when I gave these guys a call. I was skeptical at first. First surprise: They sent one of their technicians right away, so they were super responsive. I didn't expect that. Second surprise: The technician diagnosed the broken A/C but there was no convenient charge or diagnostic fee or anything else. It was free of charge! I definitely didn't expect that! Third surprise: The technician fixed our AC (replacing the condenser unit) and didn't even ask for money! We did get an invoice though. How many companies would rather want you to pay yesterday? How many of them push you, upsell you, sell you junk equipment just to make a buck? NOT THESE GUYS! After about two weeks (when the service was completed), I sent them a check with a smile on my face! The technicians and the office staff are super helpful, friendly and courteous! Listen up Yelpers! If you are in central Florida and need A/C service, you gotta give these guys a chance! I have nothing but good things to say and it is hard to believe after all the scammers we were plagued by to have finally found a company who is doing honest business without trying to rip you off. Its been years now since we have been using these guys and every time they do an amazing job! THANK YOU A COOL BREEZE OF CENTRAL FLORIDA! Keep doing what you are doing! It's a blessing to have people like you on this earth.
I hired A Cool Breeze to do maintenance on my three HVAC units back in April. I paid almost $800 for annual maintenance plan. They did the job and made sure everything was working properly but did not leave any filters for me after promising the maintenance plan included air filters for the three units for the year. Now, it’s October and my ground floor unit drain clogged and overflowed causing mold damage to my garage ceiling. (See photo). I called Carlos to drop the filters but he hasn’t. He told me the technician dropped off washable filters??? How should I wash air filters? And, it’s in the garage ceiling, so I cannot climb ladders to change air filters myself because I have very bad balance. I was expecting the technician to do it for me. I guess I got confused on that part. I’m still waiting on the filters that were ordered Carlos. Now my other unit is clogged and dripping from the kitchen ceiling. What a nightmare!

A Cool Breeze is phenomenal! This company is the greatest AC company I've ever used, and I have used many AC repair and installation companies. Other AC companies misled me and took advantage. Not this one. This AC company is without question the absolute best. The best work, the most fair pricing. They don't try to sell you something that's not needed. They arrive when they say they will & perform exactly what they say they will. The service tech was honest & professional. Their rating should be higher than 5 stars.
We would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC Service. Will definitely use this company again. It is really hard to find good honest A/C Company.

I used cool breeze and never had a problem before. Not sure if new management but omg horrible customer service. I waited an hour half after I received a text message saying technician was in its way. tech was awful . All He wanted was to collect the 75 go home. 😡😡😡. My house was 90 degree. The tech claims the ac needs a piece that needed to be special order I called the next day about 11 to check on status. Of course the tech never order any piece. So annoyed. I will never use them again. Stole my 75 💵

I happened to be driving down 192 in Kissimmee when I saw his truck. I needed a second opinion on the repairs for my a/c unit. At a red light I asked him if he was available. Stephan followed me home and looked at the unit. I waited a couple of days for the parts and he fixed the issue. The first company was a joke. I'm grateful for this local, honest a/c company and will it hesitate to use them again.
We live in Holopaw, they are the best ever. We have had AC problems for many years. Stan nailed the problems put a new AC unit in and took care of all ducting under house. They are the best ever. Give them a try you won't be sorry. A++++++ from John and Debbie. 😀😁😃
A Cool Breeze’s billing department is totally incompetent. In the past year I have received 2 invoices that are over a year old. The most recent was from April 2016. Evidently the technicians they send on service calls have difficulties processing payments.
A Cool Breeze had been my ac supplier and service for 10 years. I will no longer use them. When my ac unit quit working, they came out and added 1 lb of Freon telling me my evaporator coil needed replacing. Charged me $157, and left stating I would get a quote te xTed to me later that day. Meanwhile no improvement, a/c still not working. After calling 3 times , I did not get a quote until the next day; $2400 for a New evaporator coil, stating there’s no way to stop a slow leak in the coil. I contacted another company, Performance Hearing and Cooling. Ricky responded early the next morning prepares to sell me a new unit. He checked the unit and said the problem was the blower not working. Replaced the blower motor module and the ac works fine now. He was quick and honest and it cost me 1/3 . When I informed A Cool Breeze , all they said was our techs are very good at diagnostics and he hoped it all works out. No offer of refunding even part of what they charged for their error, and no real concern about losing a long time customer. Really surprised at their response. Poor customer service.

Honest A/C repair work. Stephen (and his assistant) came by to replace a blower motor in my 2y/o residential Amana/Goodman AC Air Handler. Parts were covered under warranty, he picked up the good motor, came by and installed it and did a rundown of everything in my unit to make sure it was in good working order. This all happened within 24 hours of placing the service call (called 3pm Tuesday, they came 10am Wed). My original installer wanted to charge me more than A Cool Breeze, and it would have taken them almost a WEEK longer. The most impressive thing was the honesty from the HVAC tech, Stephen. No bull, no upsell - gave me straight answers and fair prices. Exactly what you would hope to expect.
I would stay as FAR AWAY from this company as humanly possible, unless you're ready for excuse after excuse and long games of passing the buck! From blaming the "Distributor" for messing up the order and blaming the tenant for "Miscommunications" and spiteful retaliation when challenged. This company is a joke! Even the workers when asked about the owner agreed he's running the company into the ground! My job which was started on Wednesday could be finished today but because I called the owner out on ALL his "Miscommunications" now spitefully has to push my job back to next Tuesday! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! USE ANYONE BUT THIS COMPANY!
