What makes a business exceptional is when things go awry and they go above and beyond to make it right. A Class Heating and Cooling stepped up with exceptional service when things did not go as planned. REST ASSURED!! You will be satisfied when you rely on A Class Heating and Cooling!
Unprofessional. Don't believe the positive reviews. Plenty of other AC companies who are reliable and show up! I scheduled an appointment with A Class Heating & Cooling speaking directly to Matthew. I received an email and a text as to the appointment. When my promised window was missed I called and spoke with Matthew who told me they were running late. I continued to wait. Hours later I received a call from someone from the office on Matthew's behalf indicating they were still running late and could not provide a time for service but it would be that day. After waiting an entire day with an AC not working no one ever showed or called me again. Unfortunately this was a Friday and I missed an opportunity to call another company before the weekend and wasted an entire day waiting. I called again on Monday and got voice mail. Almost a week later and no call or follow up. Luckily I called another company on Monday who came out and resolved my issue quickly.
These guys were fantastic. Our main AC unit went and they knew how to fix it, what to recommend and how to ensure we got the best value while solving the problem in a very qualified manner. Their team was first rate and did a spectacular job on the repair & replace. Most guys will try to sell you the most expensive solution. Instead these guys said for less money we could buy a better product from a better vendor (Bosch) that worked more effectively. The installation was tricky and required a lot of work because we had a very small space and they had to cut out the old AC unit to remove it from our condo. They brought in a team of guys and nailed.it. Then at the end when we thought they were done they said, nope we are going out to get some paint and do touch ups to make it look perfect. We were really kind of stunned. That’s a very rare level of professionalism to see from guys who have been working 5 hours on a project (that was scheduled for 2 hours). Matt who runs it is salt of the earth and really good guy. We had been using Airref for 5 years to care fo our AC units. This has convinced me to switch the whole thing to A Class. They just have a better team and they care. In this day and age, it’s a rare thing to find.
Great a/c company, I have been working with them for 4 years as a GC. Highly recommended for new construction, remodeling or service calls..
When the 1st Two vendors were either too backed-up or didn’t bother calling back many hour later, A CLASS HEATING & COOLING LLC came to the rescue! They evaluated the AC issue in-Person on SUNDAY morning and had it repaired Monday morning! Thanks for not leaving me in the Florida 90+ degree weather for too long.
