I wanted to take a moment to give a recommendation to A/C Tex. I have utilized their A/C and Handyman services over the last few years and have always been pleased. Recently, they completed a repair call for my parents. They were professional, understanding and compassionate with explaining the repairs, the process, etc. A/C Tex is always honest, upfront and fair with all services and repairs.
American Homeshield sent this guy out. He said my AC system had been hit by lightning and it was completely fried and needed a bunch of new parts, all not covered by AHS. Another contractor came out and it was a blown fuse. Adam is a crook and should be avoided.
These guys were prompt, efficient and cost effective. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if need be. Thank you for a seamless install and top notch customer service!
We had a weird odor coming out of our HVAC system. They easily figured it out, solved the problem, and even found other issues they fixed. Highly recommend!
