Using this company was a terrible decision. They came out to check on our air conditioning unit 3 weeks ago. They sent the issue to be home warranty company and when it was approved, they still haven’t come back out to replace the unit. I have reached out to terry and Marco and no response.i do not recommend using them at all.
DO NOT USE. I purchased two systems ($9K plus). While under warranty, they wanted me to pay $2K for a warrantied part. The 2K was for their work. I requested another AC system, same cost; but, they refused to respond to any letters. Filing complaint with BBB.
A/C Solutions has been servicing both of my homes for several years. They are always very courteous and very responsive. This is a family owned business so you know who is coming to do your service. They don't try to sell you what you don't need and do a great job of answering & explaining any questions you may have. I've always been very happy with their service!
Family owned business that makes you feel like family. These guys were very honest each step of the way and willing to do what was best for me. I highly recommend this company.

I appreciate everything A/C Solutions did to fix my A/C unit. Evidently it was installed incorrectly & I had two compressors burn out before I used A/C solutions. They found the problem & installed a new compressor for me. Great folks to work with. Will be using them again for sure.
AC Solutions did a great job for me! I scheduled an appointent for a spring check of my ac unit, but when we went to check it, there was a puddle of water around it because my pump wasn't working efficiently; it was old and corroded (I could even tell that with my untrained eye) I didn't realize the water was even there, and I'm relieved that we found the problem when we did. Chris went over options with me, carefully explaining each one and answering all my questions. I decided to go with a new pump. Chris explained that if I need a new ac unit in the future, I won't need a new pump. I was so impressed with him and his assistant, Chad. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. I will continue to use AC Solutions in the future and highly recommend them to others.
We tried A/C Solutions for the first time this week, and we are happy we did! Chris and Chad took time to explain everything that they did and gave us options to choose from. We were very pleased with their work and will definitely continue to use them for our heating and air needs! It is nice to use a company that is family owned, and the employees are family, too!
This team of young men were awesome. I loved the approach to completing the work and giving me the choices/and think time, of what was best for the age of the system. Great family business with a goal to serve the community with integrity.

I love A/C Solutions. We've been loyal customers of theirs for years and would recommend them to anyone. Chris and Chad were prompt to diagnose my A/C problem along with a hot water leak that I did not know we had. During the repair of the A/C unit, I experienced a plumbing catastrophe. Chris fixed the plumbing issue and Chad was so gracious to help clean up my flooded bathroom and basement. A/C Solutions definitely went above and beyond their call of duty and now my A/C works great. Thank you so much, A/C Solutions! You saved me!

I was having a problem with my humidifier. i called ac solutions, they send a tech out on schedule, he fixed the problem quickly and charge the most fair price i have ever paid for a/c services. I own a plumbing company and i would recommend the to any one!

A/C Solutions has been taking care of us for years. They have always been fast and fair. We have a maintenance contract with them and only pay for parts if something breaks down.
This has by far been the worst experience as Homeowner. This company has done nothing to help our family. They ordered and lost the part; then tried to tell me it was stolen/lost, but they actually gave the wrong address to their supplier. After finally getting the part (over 40 days later....) they said they would not repair the AC with addition $200+ charge. Then they made us wait a few more weeks. Finally came out, and installed the Compresser and other parts that were never explained to us. That point a customer would think things would be fixed; not with Solutions.... I now had to get another contractor out. Who stated that it was the worst job he has ever seen. The worst workmanship in 30+ years! Now we have another company having to fix their mistakes. To makes things even worst,; they let it blow Carbon monoxide into my house after their work. Do not use this contractor; they love you money and don't care about you.
Absolutely Fantastic! Okay. I rarely give reviews on anything, but I couldn't pass up this opportunity to rave about AC Solutions. We have been looking for a dependable company to service our AC and Furnace units for quite sometime, but have been disappointed time and time again, either due to service, knowledge or price. AC Solutions came out to investigate and possibly replace a part, which I was told by another company that we needed and it would cost me close to $550 to repair. AC Solutions looked over the unit thoroughly, and found that it was just a $25 vacuum hose. They also waived the service call fee and did a $99 Cleaning instead. Chris and Chad were very professional and explained everything in great detail. They were very knowledgeable. I can't say enough positive things about this company. Thank you AC Solutions for saving me and family a lot of heartache and a great deal of money.
All the folks at A/C Solutions are very friendly and easy to work with. They respond quickly and within the time frame promised. Very knowledgeable and look for the most cost-efficient solution to any issue that arises.
Leonard and his team are top notch. They always arrive on time and are very courteous and professional. I have done business with them for years at home, and recently began using them at my office as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who will listen. Keep up the great work!!
