Eddie saved us over $2,700. We were quoted $3,000 from another A/C company to replace what they said was a bad reversing valve in our A/C system. Eddie came out and diagnosed that it was just one small part that needed to be replaced, total bill $230! Eddie is one of the best in the business, will shoot you straight, and give you a fair price.
I called AC repair and received a prompt return call from Eddie. He let me know that the tech (Shaun) would be at my house the following morning @ 7:30a-Shaun arrived at 7:30 sharp. He took care of my issue and shared some preventative maintenance info. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, finally an honest company! AC Repair inc. will be my go to ac company for all my needs going forward. Highly recommended!
My tempstar furnace and condenser failed TWICE, once while on vacation. I called Eddie up and he was able to work with me even though I wasn't home. He fixed by replacing the capacitor(under warranty). His charges are very fair and reasonable and he broke it down. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, my blower motor inside stopped working. He worked with his parts depot and Tempstar in getting me a replacement (in warranty) blower motor which is not typically stocked. While it was being ordered/shipped, Eddie called me regularly to ensure I had the most up-to-date information on the part status. When the overnighted part arrived at 10:00am, Eddie made a trip to Brandon to pick it up and was at my house right after since it was 90 degrees in our house. He replaced the motor and just charged me the labor which again was very fair priced. He is a keeper - too many techs nowadays are replace/upsell happy and recommend a whole unit replacement without diagnosing. I now have cool air and a new HVAC tech. Thanks Eddie!

I have been using them for the last 4 years. The technician is always nice (usually the owner), they always explain the repair, and there is never any pressure to up sale. Their rates are better than the big companies. I wouldn't dream of using anyone but A/C Repairs in my home. You won't be dissapointed!
They answered my questions, were very polite and trustworthy. Didn't try to sell me stuff for the a/c that I don't need. Reasonable price.

I have used Eddie at A/C Repairs for years. He even installed a total A/C system at my house a few years ago. Yesterday we came home from out of town and the compressor would not run. I called Eddie and even though his team was busy, he talked me though the fix. It turned out to be a clogged drain line and the float switch in the overflow pan shut the compressor off. I fixed that, emptied the pan and all is good. Saved me an awful night of 84 degrees in my house. Eddie is the best! Thanks Eddie.
Highly recommended! Shawn came out shortly after my calling them, and was clear about the work that needed to be done...making it all very comprehensive. We can't say enough about AC Repairs Inc. We have recently moved to Tampa. One evening during a severe thunder storm our AC went out. We called Eddie of AC repairs about 7:00PM, thinking we would leave a message. To our surprise, Eddie answered the phone and say he would be out the next morning to take a look. Eddie and Shawn worked for hours to fix our AC. It was then that Eddie discovered that lightning had hit the AC and punctured 3 holes the copper tubing and took out the fan. He repaired the AC with a temporary fix and agreed to install a new unit for us, which he did. Eddie is a hard worker and a honest professional. We are very pleased with him and his expertise. I would recommend Eddie's company,AC Repairs Inc., to anyone looking for expert workmanship at a very reasonable rate.

Eddie came to the rescue after another company could not diagnose why my A/C was not working properly (usually just the drain line). The tech messed around with my system outside then it quit working all together and they tried to tell me I needed a new compressor. My neighbor said "call Eddie" ...I did. He came out within 10 min and fix the problem. Come to find out the guy from the other company wired something wrong. Eddie is a genius... I am so thankful to know that there are people who care about helping others and not trying to rip them off. He is wonderful.
It's very refreshing to hire an A/C company that really care about their customers and emergency related situations. Eddie came out promptly and performed diagnostics on our system that is over 32 years old. Eddie was able to bring our Frankenstein monster back to life after rebuilding the power panel and replacing parts that overheated due to the condenser fan freezing up. Eddie was able to use his experience and skill set to work around the parts no longer produced for this system when he could've very easily just said it's gone, time for a new replacement. Very reasonable and trustworthy. I highly recommend A/C Repairs Inc.
I moved to Florida 3 days ago from Georgia. Georgia is hot but Florida is a different heat. Ha ha ha. Our A/C in our recently purchased home went out 2 days in. I called Super A/C and I’m just gonna shut up. I called A/C Repairs Inc and Mr Eddie showed up in 30 min. He explained everything. He gave me options and did not even begin to try to sell me an 11,000 dollar system like Super. My house is cool and my A/C humming beautifully. Thanks Eddie. I appreciate your work. God Bless!
This is an honest company with great service and skilled technicians. I highly recommend! IERNA's wanted to charge me over $2,000 to replace my furnace motor. I decided to get a second opinion and was referred to Eddie. After a thorough review It turned out to be a smaller issue and the motor is perfectly fine. Saved a lot of money and found a great company to use going forward.
